Our salesperson, Azaziah, was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful as we tried bed after bed. The decision was the hardest thing about the experience. We are moving from a memory foam mattress to a hybrid so we did a lot of comparisons in our search. The ProAdapt Medium Hybrid gives the best of both worlds. We get the memory foam for our shoulders and hips but get the support of the coils. I also love the delivery service where they set up the new bed and take away the old mattress.

Nathan was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding a new mattress. He spent a lot of time with us and letting us try out the mattresses.

We went to Mattress Firm with an idea of what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend. J.R. showed us several options. The first ones were what we wanted but more than we wanted to spend. He then showed us another option and it came within 5 cents of our budget. He was thorough in his explanation of the qualities of each choice. We feel like we were well served and directed to what we wanted for what we wanted to pay.

I did my shopping over the phone this time using the internet to find what I wanted. The sales associate that I dealt with was extremely nice, and went out of her way to make sure that my purchase was handled quickly and effectively. When I need another mattress, I WILL go back to Mattress Firm Westbrook! Thank you Azaziah!

Went to the store to purchase a mattress. Was told my credit card was declined. Gave Eric S. another card but then he said if the transition went through on the first card he would refund the difference next day. Well two days later I’m being told they cant reverse the double charge until after my mattress is delivered. So if they deliver my mattress what incentive do they have to refund the difference? They don’t. Bad business. If you run the transaction twice there is no reason not to refund the customer as promised. Corporate can’t do anything for store purchases. I will never do business with them again.

Finally found a mattress distributor that felt like they cared about my comfort and budget and not about just making money off me. Lou helped me try many different brands and styles, and listened to my concerns. I was able to purchase what I needed at a great rate during evening hours that fit my schedule. So glad I came to Lou at mattress firm next to the Best Buy in Gainesville!

A few weeks ago, I came into the store with my Mother to buy her a new mattress. She has a twin bed, so its somewhat difficult to find places that either A) sell twin mattresses for adults at all or B) have any in stock in the store to try out. My Mom is a modern shopper and intended on trying at the store and then ordering online, but decided to purchase in store mostly because Charlie was so fantastic, walked her through the process, and explained how it was actually easier for us to purchase in-store (which I agreed with as I have a car big enough to haul a mattress). He pulled down a few mattresses for her, wasnt pushy, and kept us laughing.Everything went so well that I ended up going back a few days later and purchasing my own mattress from Charlie.

We haven’t had a new mattress in years and we were very impressed with the quality and price. The power base is a great upgrade from the old standard boxspring and is life changing.

I went into the store hoping to purchase a twin size mattress for my nephew. I needed it as soon as possible because it was the the only day I would have transportation, unfortunately they wouldn’t have the one I wanted until the next day.
