I work for an apartment complex in Gainesville, FL and had a terrible experience with this company. In the very beginning the communication between myself and our sales rep was up to par and satisfactory. However, it all started going down hill from there. The email communication between our management and our sales rep was abysmal and it was almost impossible to get in touch with him via phone or through email. Then, we finally got in touch with him and was able to schedule an appointment to have our machine installed at our property, but no one showed up on the appointed date or time and there was no notification or communication to let management know that they would not be on property. After several angry phone calls to our sales reps manager, we finally were able to schedule another appointment to have the machine installed. To our surprise, the employees in charge of delivering and installing the machine showed up on time and seemed to be working diligently to install our coffee machine. After a couple hours, the employee stated that the machine was not working and he would be right back. Its been two hours and no one has returned to property. On top of all of this, we have yet to receive a contract from their Legal department to solidify our previously made agreements.This company has been extremely unprofessional and we would not recommend their business for professional or personal use.
