Poor customer service! I inquired about a specific bike on their website and called several times but never got through to anyone. I sent an email and received a very short response that did not answer my questions. I was willing to drive over an hour and spend nearly $1000, but now I will be looking elsewhere. Not impressed!

The retailer there at Habersham Bikes was very friendly & knowledgeable.He quickly diagnosed the problem with my bike and fixed it right away in the store.

Ive bought two bikes here, so far. Both times they sized me up and recommended a bike, which has turned out to be perfect both times. When your bike arrives, which is fast, they do an initial fitting and ask you come back in a couple of weeks for fine tuning, if needed. Ive never really needed to come back but I did anyway to get a few accouterments. 10/10 will buy here again.

Very knowledgeable and personable

Didnt even have to bring my bike in. Told the guy what I had and what I needed and he walked right over to a drawer and pulled it out without even thinking twice. Got it home and it worked perfectly. Cant remember that guys name but he was on point, friendly and very knowledgeable.
