They demand you wear a mask upon entry.. but all the employees sit around with no mask on before you enter.🤦🏻‍♂️🤔 Take your business elsewhere during covid.

If I could give zero stars I would. They were the only supplier for eldorado brick in Gainesville when I picked up my order I later discovered that instead of getting 6 boxes of corners and 9 boxes of flats (the boxes look the same other than the corners have a red sticker and the flats have a blue sticker) I had 3 boxes of corners and 13 boxes of flats. I took a picture of my installed product (150 bricks) and asked to return the extra 4 boxes flat brick boxes I had been incorrectly given for the missing 3 boxes of corners) They told me I was wrong and that both they and the distributed had checked my order and did not make mistakes . But if I wanted to order three more boxes PLUS pay the shipping they would be happy to take my money.I contacted eldorado stone directly and they apologized and said they did not want their customers treated that way and have shipped me the three additional boxes AT NO CHARGE so I can finish my project.I would highly recommend you do not use this store as they have no customer service.
