Got pressured into buying phone I didnt really want. put me on higher prices rate plan without my permission. called to get it put back on old, regular plan 50.00 instead of 66.00 dollar plan, $60. for service I wasnt tools about, and $6. for insurance I didnt ask for or know about. $66.00 amonth not my $50. a mouth, I had for the last three years. And to top it off on the phone, speaking with mngr.that sold me phone I kept saying I wasnt sure I want and out all the changes on my account, with out talking to me, talking to him on phone to get it all straightend out. He told me he was sorry, and everything was good, fixed and taken care of, 7 days later I find out my family and friends had been trying to reach me but my phone was disconnected. I missed a job interview, and had toget intouch with phone company my self to get turned back in. Oh yes, they were sorry for everything. Its the 2nd time Ive had problems with that mngr. and Metro, now metro by T Mobile. Who by the way said, When I called the next morning about being in happy with sales service, and new phone,(the next morning, 8 hours later, wanting differant phone and will to pay more money if needed to get it, they told me NO. WE DONT DO THAT, sorry charlie your stuck with that phone for 6 months and then and only then you can get a new differant phone and then we will charge you more money for you trouble. What happened totreating a valued customer with respect, hounesty, fair play and good service? They do not care, and if you dont believe it, buy there products tell them your un happy and enjoy the ride! True story.

Paid my husbands phone bill, dont get a phone plan from this place! Look around 1st!

Have had an okay experience so far I’ve jumped on and off their service for a while but have had a better experience since the merge with T-Mobile. Unfortunately staff is not always able to answer your questions.

The ppl here are nice and helpful.. and they dont just want to sell you a new phone, they want to sell you the right phone and will help you find it

We have been customers approximately 6 years. We purchased new phones not long ago. The sales person talked us into a free line for life time. Our son lost the phone with free line so we had it suspended. Two days later our phones were disconnected saying we hadnt paid the bill. We go to metro and are told we owe $13.00 to turn back on. They refused to waive the fee over a free line that we never even asked for. Extremely poor customer care.
