I love it here. I honestly come to this specific Starbucks probably once a day. If it’s in the morning I’m always looking forward to Rob taking my order. Great customer service and always kind and pleasant staff!

The staff is nice and the atmosphere is great until the students show up after school. It turns into a glorified daycare after that, which is really unfortunate because I love studying here.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over 2 years now, and they are by far my favorite. Everyone is always so kind and my drink is always perfect, and it really does make a world of a difference that I can count on them to make my day 10000 times better. Even tonight, I had a panic attack in the drive-thru after a really stressful month, and they made a point of asking how I’m doing and giving me my drink on the house. I cannot express how grateful I am to them, every time they have made my day that much better. It’s not the free drink I’m thankful for, it’s the kindness. It’s not just making coffees and serving cake pops, your kindness always makes my day. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate it and I hope that people reciprocate that kindness every day.

I come here all of the time! The coffee is consistent and the girl at the window today was super nice while I was waiting for my coffee. Was a great afternoon pick me up.

I go there all the time! The staff is awesome. They always recommend ways to improve my drink, and the line moves fairly quickly.

I start my morning with you guys everyday and you all are awesome! I would like to suggest that you do not use 2 cups when serving hot coffee. When its double-cupped, the lid does not stay on as well, especially when getting it out of the cup holder in the car. I know it would seem to help with it not burning our hands or the baristas while making it, but when the lid pops off and half my grande pike is all over the place, it burns then too and makes a mess. Please try not to serve hot drinks in double cups and other than that I love you guys!

Although the layout of the starbucks is not ideal with traffic almost always impeding a direct entry, the staff at this starbucks are phenomenal. They always make an effort to ask about my day or comment on an order. Theyve never messed up an order and deliver the coffee with a smile. Dont go to this starbucks if you have anxiety driving or parking!

My uber passenger (awesome chick) asked for a detour through Starbucks and she bought me a decaf caramel frappuccino....does it get any better?! No!

Please stay away from the liquid caramel, its no where near the same taste as the original caramel from the Frappuccino.

What can I say, except awesome! This particular Starbucks has quick and efficient service; I got my Frappuccino within 2 minutes of ordering it. Also fully vaccinated can go without masks at this particular location. I will be sure to frequent this Starbucks when I want Starbucks!

The coffee here is so hit or miss. Sometimes its great, sometimes its terrible or the wrong drink altogether. I order the same drink every day but it always tastes different. For $5+ a drink Id expect better service.

Ordering was quick and easy. There wasnt a line and not much of a wait. Staff was friendly! Although traffic makes it hard to get to depending on which side of the street youre on, but that isnt their fault Gainesville traffic is horrible.

Only coming here for the Iced Matcha Tea Latte. Mmm...

I would definitely recommend ordering ahead at this Starbucks on a Saturday morning. Thanks to the helpful men and women working there. They were run ragged, but were getting the drinks out quickly.

Drive-thru. Good drinks and food, as you’d expect. Very popular location, sometimes the parking lot is just too full to go there, and they run out of some items. It’s located right at a busy intersection, so it can sometimes be difficult to turn into the entrance unless you’re making a right turn. Usually the staff is generally friendly and quick (as possible) service, depending on who’s there and what time of day.

Great place to study, excellent service and huge space. The order comes out really fast !!!

Dont go inside. Their priority is ONLY the drive thru orders. Staff cant start a drink and just finish it. Barista went back and forth between my drinks and putting stickers on other cups 4 times. Could have had our drink done in less than 2 minutes but we waited 25 minutes for two drinks.

Whoever passed the zoning permit for this Starbucks should be fired. Ive seen a dozen accidents caused by this location being moved from the Lyod Clark shopping center to the middle of the busiest street in Gainesville 20 feet from a school. It causes traffic grid lock every morning. No planning whatsoever

Service and location is good when they are actually open. Three times ive passed though this area and they were closed at unusual hours, last two bring 5 or 7pm, and the other day they had a sign saying We are closing at 11:30AM today

Line was out to the street but they had a worker outside taking orders so that the inside wouldnt get slammed so they were able to work more efficiently so that the line moved quicker than it otherwise would have. My only complaint was that my irish cream nitro brew didnt taste like it usually does. It normally doesnt taste so bitter.

Just had the most positive experience here. I didnt catch his name but to the guy with the red hair and beard you are awesome! Not only did I learn a sandwich hack but also had the most pleasant customer service and interaction with him! Thank you for making my day better! Kept me smiling all the way home :)

Usually great, but the last few times Ive gone during their happy hours; my orders have been made incorrectly and the employees just seemed overwhelmed. They just need to be better organized to handle the promotions and the traffic situation at this particular location needs to be improved.

I didn’t catch her name but the manager working around noon today was so nice!! I generally get green tea lemonade but they didn’t have any lemonade. The manager offered a substitute drink and said that if I didn’t like it she would make another drink for me. It was delicious and I really appreciated her amazing dedication to customer service.

Today I went through the drive through, was given an order that was not mine. I parked went to go inside, I’ve seen about 5 people come in & out of the store while waiting in line of the drive through, I assumed it was open. I knocked on 2 doors that were locked & had all the employees look at me, they did not acknowledge me at all. So politely I left my drink at the door because I was not going to wait through the drive through line again. I wanted to convey that they had messed up my order, by leaving my drink. I did not make a scene & I did not ask for my money back, which is what I wanted. As I was walking to my car a Starbucks employee started yelling at me in front of everyone around about how I left my trash. I was shocked by such behavior by an employee. He could come harass me but not come to the door to see why I was at the door. I will not go to this Starbucks again, I under stand maybe you weren’t happy with how I reacted to your mistake but as an employee it is unacceptable to treat a customer in that way.

Although the workers are sweet, they run out of supplies so quick. I went to this Starbucks today with my sister, she ordered the caramel ribbon crunch frap, they gladly took that order but once I wanted iced coffee with caramel drizzle, suddenly they are out of caramel (both drinks were on the same order) so Im not understanding why they can make the caramel frap that HAS caramel drizzle but couldnt make my coffee with caramel drizzle. I tried getting the strawberry acai lemonade, they were out of lemonade. I HATE coming here because they are always out! Its annoying. Never come here

Who came up with this layout for the drive thru?! Its absolutely ridiculous, blocking traffic a mile down the road, Ive witnessed at least 4 almost rear-ends happen from people trying to turn into the drive thru. Yes I absolutely blame starbucks for the shotty lay out

I love coming here to meet up with people and enjoy the peaceful setting. The staff is a bit slow sometimes but it can get pretty busy. They have good seating and its a good place to conduct business. Nobody seems to be bothered and if you hit it at the right time its pretty quiet.

Better quality service and product than the archer road starbucks but the drive through is very cramped and difficult to get into and out of at peak times

The 13th street Starbucks has always been my go to study stop as a UF student. I have met many friends here and enjoyed precious moments with current friends. The staff here is incredible - special shoutout to Audrey and Wade for always remembering my name and treating me so well. I always leave here with a smile on my face. As a frequent customer to Starbucks, this is my favorite location. Also, the new location is wonderful, too. Thank you to all you do! It is very much appreciated.

The shop is uncrowded, full of natural light, comfortable, and with adequate seating and outlets. The WiFi is strong at this location.

Great experience last weekend when I was visiting my grandson, the drive-through went so fast. I ordered myself a grande medicine ball before heading to get breakfast with him because I felt myself getting a little under the weather and Niki actually knew what it was, as sometimes I have had to explain it and made it great for me with extra honey. Convenient Quick Location! Definitely will come back to this one when I visit again.

Sunday is supposed to open at 5:30am & I stopped by at 5:45am & it was still close. I am on a trip to Tennessee & I had to get out 75 into the town.I was very disappointed since it took me a while to get there. Update opening hours or try being more professional thanks.

The staff is always helpful and always very kind. I would like to give a shout out to Sterling who also remembers his customers. This is a shout out to the Starbucks corporation though please bring back your multigrain crackers that go in your cheese fruit and protein box these olive oil crackers are horrible in comparison.

Sept 30 7:30 pm - Very bad drive thru experience. The lady on the mic laughed after I ordered. I am not sure what was funny. Probably was my accent. Later, she handled me my credit card back without any acknowledgement while talking to her coworker. Finally, she gave me my coffee in very dismissive way and disappeared without giving a chance to say thanks or ask for something else. Probably because I did not put any money in the tip Jar. I always leave a tip but I demand at least a basic customer treatment back.

The drive-thru is a nightmare and a car accident waiting to happen. Finally was able to get into the parking lot and park. The counter service was slow and the staff took several minutes to acknowledge that I was there. Its always a wait for Starbucks. Coffee culture is down the road and I will be giving them my business.

Got my order fairly quick for how busy it was!! One of the busier locations Ive been to but they handled it well!

The new store is beautiful, however, there is hardly enough parking. I frequently mobile order on the way to work, but have nowhere to park to enter the store as the parking lot is usually full. The drive through, though nice, is often congested as well. It seems that it defeats the purpose to have mobile ordering if you still have to wait in the drive through line to pick it up. Perhaps there sound be a parking space designated for mobile order pick up?

Amazing new location! Lots of space and seating for indoor and outdoor. It gets quite busy so make sure you have plenty of time to wait for your drink. Great atmosphere. I lose phone signal whenever I walk inside so if they could remove the feature that blocks my phone signal, I think it would be good for business.

Excellent staff all around. They conduct themselves knowing their patrons will return. Atmosphere is very conducive to group or independent work as well as casual hangouts. Lots of natural light too. Outdoor seating is remarkably comfortable even during the hottest times of day.

The Starbucks is great, I just dont like the new location, its more difficult to get in and out of on that corner.

The NW 13th Street Starbucks has been my go-to location although I frequent several stores. The staff is great and Audrey the manager is very customer responsive. The store moved a block north today and I was pleased that there was plenty of room, 2 long tables to maximize capacity for in-store customers, and a pretty good parking situation (although still a bit crowded possibly due to grand opening). I have met many friends, old and new, at this fun place to relax, read or study!

The worst customer service in the Gainesville I tell you these little kids need to be fired all of them from the management and down I’ve never in my life had some one down going to Church This is the most disrespectful place ever

I havent actually been inside or throigh the drive-thru at this Starbucks. It is always backed up with cars all the way into and down 13th street. They block the right lane on 13th and I am surprised this is allowed to happen..due to safety concerns. Car accidents there can be faulted on Starbucks.

The coffee is at least consistent, but usually perfect and hits the spot on an early morning or a long day. I recommend their white chocolate mocha with the new blonde espresso shots, as the combination of a lighter roast espresso with the steamed milk is really ideal for my coffee needs. The baked goods are a little overpriced for what you get, however.

This is a new, roomy Starbucks with covered outside seating. Staff are friendly, coffee is Starbucks good. The parking is at a premium though.
