I bought a new PC from the owner after giving him my needed specifications. The PC he furnished me failed to meet those specs and had problems from the day I got it. I called and notified his staff of this. They said, We will need to do some research and call you back. They never did. Then the PC died completely and I brought it back. He claimed that he had no responsibility because it was outside the 30 day warranty, even when his staff admitted in front of me that they had recorded my call shortly after purchase. The owner also has some unusual ideas on who should wait on who in a business. This is all unethical behavior in my opinion. When it came time to make good on a warranty he refused to return my money. Buyer Beware!

These guys are first class, every time I need help they are there. I hate giving 5 stars for anyone but these guys are in fact a cut above. I am not at all tech savvy and these guys deciphered the garbage I was telling them was wrong with my computer, diagnosed it, and fixed it! Expeditiously!! Definitely will use them again. If you need good solid help with a computer, or I guess anything tech related give Answered By Geeks a shot.

These guys are awesome! Fixed the problems with my laptop at a much lower price than all the other places I checked. Theyre very friendly and explain things in an easy to understand way. Ill definately do business with these guys again.
