This store needs to learn some customer service skills. You dont talk to people any kind of way.

We rented a U-Haul from here today, and the customer service was excellent!! I’m very happy with our experience at this location.

Worth 0 stars.Over charged for a uhaul rental and the man was rude and the truck that I picked up was dirty and smelly and they said I returned it late when I returned it the sma day. I will not be doing business there again.

They seriously need to up their game at this location. They giving Uhaul a bad rep. There is a first and last for everything. I AM DONE

As a small business owner of a labor company, I have been coming to KP for several years now, despite there being at least 4 closer Uhaul locations. His product offerings are different than any corporate Circle K (Ive seen lots of snack brands here that Ive never seen elsewhere, and a really good Latino product offering, from cookies to beverages), and I enjoy seeing this diversity. His store may appear a little unkempt, but his customer service is top-notch and he definitely cares about maintaining the relationshops with his clients. He is a great conversationalist, has warm energy, and is a pleasure to interact with, so I continue to burn more fuel & time just to repeatedly come give this location my business. I definitely support him.👍👍

I do my laundry at the shop connected to this. Same owner. The owner is amazing, the older white gentleman working for him is rude. I came to pick up my laundry at 7:50pm (they close at 9) and he rushed me out, and didnt even turn the lights on for me so I got my laundry in the dark. 😑 I dont expect much customer service at a laundry mat, (in fact I expect none) but I at least expect you to have it open during the hours and to not do my laundry in the dark

I would never rent a uhual from this business again, I got charged for the persons miles before me, costing me an extra $100 on my uhual rental. When I asked for a refund I kept getting differed, and I wasn’t aloud to speak to the manager.

Kp is the nicest he always says hey. His prices are lower and has candy that is hard to find. .
