I been going to this store every time I go to Gainesville to visit my family. But I noticed that for some strange reason the guy that works in this store always has been so rude to me for no reason at all. Despite the way he had been treated me I decided that will continue to go by there, it’s close to family house so it’s convenient for me. But today . I couldn’t take it anymore, I let him know how horrible his treatment me and I don’t appreciate. Steady of apologies he told me he don’t want my business and told me to get out of the store and don’t go there anymore. Of course I’m not going back to that store but I do believe that the owner should be on top this problem. I had spent hundreds of dollars in this store so maybe one customer that you are loosing don’t make this much of difference for you. But as a former business owner I’m telling you right now. The mostly important things in having a business is providing a good customer service. Right now your customer service is horrible and I’m just one but believe me you are going to lose much more business if you don’t fix this problem. Thank you and feel free to contact me anytime. Worst experience ever... for some reason they think good customer service to be extremely rude and to throw things on the counter rather than hand them to a customer. My 53-year-old mother was severely mistreated by employee there. When she confronted him about being so rude I told her she would talk to a manager, Instead of apologizing he thought it would be a good idea to threaten her and tell her there’s nothing she can do and to never come by the store again. I am disgusted by the way they treated her I don’t know if it’s racism or what it is, being treated Kindly and respectfully is important to you definitely don’t visit MONIA FOOD MART! Horrible Customer service. Horrible attitudes. just flat out disrespectful. I will be contacting a supervisor about this.
