I read the other reviews about the people being rude here before I came. Had me nervous, but my visit was great. I needed 20 specific bolts for my engine that none of the parts shops had, and the lady there was very friendly and got me all 20 bolts with 20 washers for just $12. In and out in less than 5 minutes at 8:30 am.

Ive never been treated worse, and he didnt even have what I needed. Upon asking for recommendations he simply said good luck. Id definitely find somewhere else to go.

Terrible customer service - ive never been belittled so much with a sob story about them eating the cost when people return stuff to their store - do NOT ask about returning anything to this store even with a receipt within their store policies return date etc. these guys clearly need the money more than i need to return some bolts lol never coming back

These folks always have what I need! I went literally all over town looking for a fastener and they were the only place that had it. So thankful that they are here doing business the old-fashioned way :-)Very friendly people, come check them out.

When I walk in that door, I need tools or materials, he provides that to me. He has taken me to the side, shown me options, sold me specialty installment tools built for my trade, that have saved me a lot time and money over the years. IDC what other people say about him if its bad. He always has, or can get what I need. Im very particular to detail; he can provide.

These guys are the rudest people in Gainesville. They offer the worst customer service, and are downright mean and unfriendly. And the crazy thing is that they have been like this every time ive been in there over the last 20 years. And the son is now just like the old man. Must be something in their water. It is so bad that it is comical. These clowns have to be the two unhappiest people in town. Unfortunately they are the only game in town sometimes. But thats it... from now on im ordering online and just waiting three days.
