We much for delivery for two blocks you lost a good sale

I went to Knights to purchase new furniture for my living room and I wasnt sure what I wanted. Amber to the rescue! She explained the pros and cons of various styles...which ones fit me best...and which fabrics would best fit my lifestyle. She took lots of time with me as I slowly made my decisions.I love Knights because they offer Mayo, LaZ Boy, and Stearns and Foster...all furniture and bedding made in America. The prices are very competitive and Amber made sure I got all discounts applicable to my sale.I highly recommend Knights Furniture if you are looking for quality, made in America furniture, knowledgeable sales staff, and competitive prices. Its my favorite furniture store.

I had a delay in getting the sofa, but Danielle Stephens compensated me with free delivery to my home. Zach & Thomas delivered my new sofa and placed protector pads on the door frames and detached legs, then reattached them to make sure sofa went safely into my bedroom. I was impressed with their quality of service!

We had an excellent experience at Knight Furniture in Gainesville, Texas. We came in contact with several of the employees in the store and they were all friendly and helpful. And they worked as a team. This was not our first time to buy furniture at a Knight Furniture store, and each time has been a very good experience. And the furniture was delivered and installed on a timely basis as promised. And we love the furniture we selected.

Great selection of furniture, but me and my family have ordered furniture twice from here and got the wrong furniture delivered both times. It was really frustrating especially after waiting 6 weeks for it to be delivered just to be the wrong pieces. According to the delivery guys this is a regular problem coming from the Gainesville store.

Natalie Robles has an amazing eye for detail in Gainesville Texas store she helped me pick out the perfect couch at an incredible price if he go here you must talk with her she is simply amazing and honest..I will definitely be coming here to pick out a couch with my fiance

The whole experience was great. Our saleswoman was very good to us and very helpful. We were treated great in the store. The delivery was on at the date and time that was scheduled. The delivery men were very nice and very professional. Any more furniture we need in the future we will go back to Knight Furniture.

Have purchased from Knights for 27 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been friendly and will do whatever they can to help, or even more importantly will let you wander and think about what you want to do.The young men who delivered my furniture were wonderful and treated my purchase and my home with care.Im so glad they are here because its one of the few places where I can shop in my hometown, and feel good about.

What a wonderful experience I had at Knight Furniture, especially in Gainesville, TX. They have such a large variety of items that are needed in a home. Things I didnt even know where there and items I needed, but thought I had to go to Sherman to get. I bought a variety of items there, and they all arrived sooner then expected. The people in the store were very wonderfuls and helpful as well as courteous. The delivery men were also so nice and courteous, as well as very professional. They had the old items out of the house and the new items in with no delay. They were Johnny on the spot on their arrival time. What really impressed me was that they made sure everything was where I wanted it, and they it worked. They unwrapped everything that was brought in and made sure every piece of trash was taken out of the house. I also noted that these men protected my door entrance, and hallway walls. Each time they entered my house they but on booties on their feet, as well as taking them off when they went back outside, and putting clean ones on when they came back in. I know know that if I need anything as all household wise I am going to Knight Furniture. Thank you one and all for all the time and help you gave to me.B.L. I seldom need to purchase furniture items, but when I do, Knights is where I go. They carry top f the line. Their clerks are friendly and courteous. Their delivery people do every thing to ensure a safe and timely delivery.

Laura, the store manager, was very helpful in the selection of the recliner. Her help was appreciated. The delivery was on time and quick.

I was just delivered my new couch and Lazy Boy Recliner on 1.9,2019, The two guys names are Preston and Wade came from the Sherman store to deliver the items right on time. They were both curteous and polite. They did an excellent job at delivering the furniture since i live in a two story apartment complex and it has a small walkway they never gave up and soon had the furniture in place. I was so surprised at how determined and polite they both are. But the ladies that sold me the furniture in the Gainsville store also made me feel right at home. The furniture is good quality and their people are awesome. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience at buying my furniture. Delivery takes a life time. Pieces are missing. They start billing before delivery complete. Took 4 months to get complete order.
