Great experience! I called to order simply a dozen roses for my fiancee and they went above and beyond my expectations. The arrangement they put together was amazing and my fiancee loved them. My new florist for sure.

She over charged on my card with out telling me, and she said she don’t have to telling me because that’s her business. Nice. Never again.

This Florist NEVER disappoints!!! She always spends time on phone to discuss in detail what you want and how much things cost upfront. Love getting the email showing exactly what was sent. Even though this time she sent not only my arrangement but anothers (indicated by cards)...however, this just shows exactly the little details that I requested - she did.

Customer service is absolutely horrible! They take your credit card and email address, provide no confirmation, time of deliver or amount. Very unprofessional and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau! When I called to inquire about my purchase after several hours of no correspondence, the lady was rude and told me she would process the transaction and deliver the flowers when she had time. Her attitude was disgusting! I simply called back because I gave them my credit card information and I have the right to inquire about a purchase I made if I received no confirmation. She then told me to take my services elsewhere and hung up the phone. Now I see why they only had 4 reviews before mine and I imagine they are acquaintances or family friends because I would never consider using them again or recommend them to any of my friends or loved ones.Please do not waste your time using this florist. I have never felt more disrespected in my life. Customers provide you business so you shouldn’t be rude or disrespectful, regardless of any circumstances. Without customers, there is no business.....Called Tropical Roses and they were complete opposite. Superb customer service and very professional, kind and respectful. Took my order and payment over the phone and sent me confirmation with a copy of my receipt within 60 seconds of the transaction. My order will deliver to the destination shortly (same day delivery).

This was the third year in a row that I asked Bibbs Flowers to prepare a big wedding anniversary arrangement for my wife, and it was the best yet for our 50th in August 2020. The flowers like those in our wedding were fresh and beautifully arranged and brought a big smile to Sharons face. Great work and wonderful service!

I called today to order flowers and the owner, Beth, acted like she was doing me a collosal favor by answering the phone. I dont know if she was having a bad day or if this is business as usual but no way to run a business. Im sure the flower arrangements are fine but phone etiquette needs work.

Excellent transaction, perfect results, huge beautiful funeral arrangement “Fresh Cut Flower Garden”. Certainly a stand out among the other many many flowers at the funeral. In fact this arrangement was among the three arrangements selected to be up on the stage. The other two arrangements on the stage were easel arrangements and our “Fresh Cut Flower Garden” arrangement (received several compliments) and was placed front and center....right up there with the pulpit.Thank you to Bibs for friendly and perfect phone communication and beautiful results!

Needed a plant sent to my great grandma who was recovering in the hospital there locally and Bibbs went above and beyond by ordering her a beautiful plant that was blooming and sent me pics of the arrangement. Accidentally fell upon this dear womens business while trying to find a florist to do my mothers memorial service with little notice and due to covid shes working out of her home so we could only talk on phone. I would have never thought she could understand what I wanted over the phone but we talked for awhile and she was so very sweet and caring and gentle to my feelings and captured exactly what I wanted. I could have not been any happier with the georgios flowers she put together and my mother would have been so proud.

I needed flowers to send for a funeral just when businesses were beginning to reopen due to Covid-19. The florist explained that she wasn’t fully stocked due to having been closed. We talked about what I wanted to send and how she could make it work. The flowers sent were nothing short of magnificent! The arrangement was larger and more beautiful than I even imagined! The flowers were delivered the same day as ordered even though I told her they didn’t need to be. It was a pleasure working with Bibbs Florist (your flower girl.com) and I highly recommend them.

Top Notch experience - I called on a National holiday (Veterans Day) and they delivered what I ordered, right on time... with a follow-up picture of what went to the recipient.

I couldnt be happier with Bibbs! I needed help at the last minute to send a special gift basket. I called the owner at Bibbs who listened to everything I wanted, and she made a special, individualized gift basket just for the occasion! They got everything I wanted to include and some really nice extra touches! They were able to deliver the gift basket on time, even though they only had a few hours notice. They even sent me pictures of the final product. It was amazing! My best friend loved it, and it made the day so special! I will definitely be telling people about the service and product I recieved at Bibbs florist! Thank you again!
