I went in to get the chain of my necklace repaired. They quoted me a great price over the phone (much cheaper than what they quoted me at the mall) and the customer service was amazing. It was only a minor fix and took no more than five minutes, and they kindly said the repair was on them. They fixed my favorite necklace and made my day! I will certainty be returning in the future.

Michelle and the young man who work there are so kind and knowledgeable. They took special time to look for a certain clasp That I wanted to use to replace the current one on my necklace. Michelle even bought some of the extra gold I had to help with the cost. Short story shorter, the necklace was done early. This is THE place to go for anything jewelry related !!

Sweetwater Jewelers is a small-ish neighborhood family business. they have a great selection of rings, pendants, earrings, gemstone jewelry, and more. many pieces are original, handmade, unique! i went here to have a ring sized. the owner works in the shop & is very knowledgeable & friendly.i will definitely stop in there from time to time.

Old-fashioned service and courtesy! Since I live a distance from their location, they were patient and understanding of my inability to return in a timely manner. Their addition of new birthstone to (and reconditioning of) my antique mother’s ring that doesn’t have much more than sentimental value was excellent! Their treatment and respect of my ring made me feel like it was worth thousands. They have earned my return when needed and recommendation to anyone else that needs jewelry or repairs in the future.

Spent a wonderful afternoon with the Sweetwater crew. Picked up repaired jewelry, and left more. Really appreciate knowing the once treasured pieces in my jewelry drawer are being mended with precision and care, and at an affordable price.We would have been in and out, but admiring their vintage, and fine-crafted collection of jewelry kept us much longer than planned. It was worth the trip!

Very kind and welcoming place. Dropped off my broken chain and came back later than the day they told me it would be done. Wasn’t done when I got there but they were able to get it fixed quickly. My chain is in excellent condition.
