We like shopping at Ingles because the stores are always clean and the employees are very friendly. We love the produce section because Ingles offers shoppers the choice of selecting quantities on a number of items where one would normally have to purchase prepackaged amounts. Meat and seafood are also cut and processed Inhouse which offers the customer more options as well.

Very clean and pleasant location. A ton of parking and the veggies were very fresh and organized. The staff was also very nice even tho they didnt know of any vegan products in the store (is not very common in this area). I most definitely will be coming back soon.

Great selections of most all of my grocery needs. No crowds and very little waiting at the registers.

Omg! I had a sub sandwhich at there deli for lunch today and it was so delicious. I was so pleased and will be back for more in the future.

If you are shopping for USDA Choice beef then you have come to the right place! The quality of steak and beef is superior over stores like Kroger, Public, or Walmart. Im not sure why but the marbling is generally more uniform and consistent. Its almost as if it makes the other brands look like they are carrying select meat.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. I will definitely be returning.

I expected more local produce, but most were from Canada or Mexico. They were completely out of green peppers & when I tried to ask the young man working that section, he must not have heard me because he walked away. Overall, didnt feel like a friendly store. Will just go to the Cleveland one from here on out.

Ingles is the ONLY GROCERY STORE that wont allow its customers to bring in reusable grocery bags. If you bring your own bag, you are required to bag your own groceries due to covid. At the same time, customers are allowed in te stores without masks.Being an RN, I can ASSURE you that the carona virus is an aerosol transmission from the nose and mouth, NOT from contract transmission from a reusable bag. So lets clog up more oceans and kill more marine life and habitats from the overuse of plastics; especially plastic bags....

I wanted to take a moment to say something about my shopping trip to my local Ingles on Thompson Bridge in Gainesville GA this morning. As I entered I was greeted by an employee who was providing freshly sanitized carts to customers. Wow that was nice.The store smelled sanitized and clean, which was very reassuring. I was there buying for a dear friend who is too high risk to be out. I found everything she needed. At checkout, the cashier and front end manager were so sweet and helpful to me. In my rush to get out of the house and help my friend, I forgot my Ingles card... the manager took care of that too. Several different employees then offered to help me take my groceries out and load my car.Such a wonderful experience in very stressful times. I will never forget the kindness I witnessed there today as employees helped me find things that I wasnt used to buying. And all this help and kindness from folks who are at risk every day themselves...amazing!

My first visit to this Ingles location. Store is clean and the shelves were well stocked and organized. Deli was pretty good would have liked a few more topping choices at the salad bar. Check out staff were polite and check out was quick.

They have the freshest products! I only buy our meat products at Ingles. I love that they still have a small market feel, instead of a corporate feel. They do have fresh fruit, vegetables, and meat. Also they have good savings.

Nice store good selection but higher priced than Kroger or Publix. Would rather see the employees make more money than corporate make huge profits as they work hard and some have families.

This store is on point with their prices, cleanliness and customer service. I moved her about 2 years ago and I have definitely found one of the most pleasurable grocery stores around. Its clear to see that all of the employees take pride in their job. I would like to thank Jacob, Annie, Frankie and Lisa along with Jacob from dairy for their superior customer service today. You can tell that they came from a team that takes pride in their job and truly values the customers they serve. People like this are exactly what a company need to succeed.

Im not a BIG fan of Ingles, only because I think theyre alittle overpriced!! I guess it depends on where theyre located!! The fuits and vegetables are definitely overpriced, compared to Kroger and even Walmart for that matter!! And to be honest they dont stay fresh long either!! But in a pinch, theyll do!!!

Its a small place but convenient

Very clean, shelves stocked will, I was having a issue finding an item sure to the fact Ive not shipped there before. I recently moved to the area. Anyways a very friendly gentleman that was on the aisle i happen to be going up asked if I was finding everything ok. I told him what I was looking for and he actually walked me exactly to the product and even asked what one exactly I needed and shower me the the spot for that variety of the product. He also let me know their sales start on Sunday and go thru Saturday.

I love shopping at ingles. They have everything I needed.

I shop at this Ingles often as its a convenient trip from where I live but I would stop doing so in a heartbeat if it meant it would send enough of a message to get the manager, Janet, fired. She may seem passingly-sweet to her customers but the second your back is turned she will tear into an underpaid, overworked employee with all the entitled, arrogant fury her tiny mind can muster.I dont say this as a disgruntled former employee, either. I am simply a customer and member of the local community. I say this as someone who knows many of this locations former and current employees. After living in this area long enough, you start to see them around and they all have the same thing to say about the management -- and the common thread in all of those tales? Janet. Dont get me wrong, her direct underlings can be cruel as well; But Im resoundingly confident that its at the orders of their superior.I have, like many, been to countless different grocery stores in my life and never once have I been to an establishment so gravely mismanaged. It is evident in every choice made in the store from the ever-present Now Hiring banner to the confusingly designed floor layout. The prices are nothing to write home about, the produce is often sparse (despite the produce departments most valiant efforts), and more times than I can count have I had to travel up Thompson Bridge Rd. to Kroger to get the remaining ingredients for my meal because Ingles failed to stock them.I can only justify two stars for this location, both of which I would award to the employees who, day after day, endure near-autocratic working conditions and constant browbeating. The cashiers and floor staff are always kind and helpful, the deli staff is quick and attentive (besides a certain individual but, again, I blame that on their leader), the baked items are certainly passable at most times and are, in fact, delicious when the *bakers* you employ are allowed to have some semblance of creativity... There are of course problems in all of these departments from time to time; Each of which draw a line leading right back to the head of the operation, Janet. If Ingles cant see what a terrible mistake it is to employ such a person, I can only imagine what else they must be missing.Disappointing.

I love this store. The thing is I always have price issues. I have caught this pretty much every time I go: the item will be a much lower price on the shelf, but it will appear as full price on the receipt. Very cruel as I am on a budget and dont have all the time in the world to be fighting this out every time I go. Please get better at double checking the prices!!!

I was in the store on my typical afternoon dinner run tonight when I was completely baffled. There was a young girl at self scan (employee) and a manager. I have never witnessed a manager so disrespectful and outright rude to an employee like this. The young girl was in tears. This behavior is not acceptable something needs to be done. I will be reaching out to corporate to inform them as well.

That deli in there is awesome all the hot food looks home cooked I could eat here eveyday. The salad bar was perfect.Did you know they make there own tortilla chips. When Im hungry and on this side of town ingles is the place to go. Also I had the opportunity to meet the manager of the deli while I was eating. Her name was Miss Williams very nice the attention they gave me felt as if I was in a upscale restaurant. Definitely will be back.

Their meat section is amazing. Theyre a little bit on the high side price wise with groceries. I will continue to buy my meats there but will go to Aldi or Walmart for everything else. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Great store just can buy everything else at lower prices somewhere else.

I love Ingles! Their deli take away stuff is always delicious! Especially the grape chicken salad, pimiento cheese &, banana pudding! the people who workin in it are always so wonderful! The sweet fella who works in the bakery is my favorite tho! Dont forget the fried apple pies theyve had for at least 30 years!🤤🤤🤤

Ingles is very convenient. A little more expensive than some of the other stores in the same area. There mangers are professional and helpful. The downside they have in my opinion would be the immature teenage employees with the unnecessary drama and arrogant attitudes.
