This is my favorite place for food. Food here is addicting. I can get homemade tortillas and homemade tamales every single day. The owners are there daily too and theyre very humble kind people.

While shopping for plantains, I discovered the store also has a restaurant. Accommodations are simple, but the food makes up for the decor. Yesterday I had two chicken and cheese empanadas garnished with a small salad lightly flavored with a vinaigrette. The empanadas were fresh and as about as tasty as any Mexican food that I have ever eaten.The owner tells me that they moved here from Chicago. She assured me that all their food was just as good.
