Always a friendly experience. Very helpful employees. I am always greeted with a smile. Someone always around to help with any questions that you may have.

I really enjoy this store. I like that it still has the small town feel. Reminds me of being a kid. My only complaint is the parking lot though it did not impact my star rating. Clean store that seems to be ran very well.

Prices are a little higher but I would rather pay a little more than to go to the Walmart here in Gainesville, tx.

Deals are good. Watch out for non-sale items being high priced. Good quality. A little tight going down the isles. Not much room for checking out and entering/exiting the store.

This store gets a big thumbs up from me! My dog is allergic to so many things its hard to find food that wont make him sick but Tom Thumb has it. I also enjoy the $5 flower bouquets and the people who work there are all so nice it helps to make shopping not such a chore.

Got Shingrix vaccine. Very easy process and pharmacy staff were very prompt, friendly and professional.

A great place to shop for an outsider from out of town. Prices are a little more than what Im used to, but it was very convenient, employee saw me standing in line waiting to be checked out, and offered to open another line to get us customers out the door quicker. The produce section was my favorite.

Rotisserie Chickens are terribly small, tasteless and mushy inside. Tried them 2 different times and got the same results, so disappointed.

Nice grocery store but they are not enforcing customer compliance to the mask requirements. Some necessary items seem to be overpriced. ( price gouging? ) they had isopropyl alcohol when I was there at $1.99 for 16oz. The dollar tree has the exact same alcohol for $1. Tom Thumb should be selling at the same price or less. Other items l seen was the same way at or almost doubled in price as other stores in town.

This store is so frustrating. The prices are outrageous to start. It would be different if the quality was worth it like Central Market, or even Kroger, but not Tom Thumb. Just today I saw moldy produce mixed in, contaminating the other items on the shelves.They also struggle with stocking the shelves correctly, and tagging appropriate items on sale. Today they had socked the shelf wrong, and I grabbed an item that marked on sale. I put the item in my cart, and at check out they wouldn’t honor the sale where all of the items were lined up. I even asked the manager why they wouldn’t honor it even though they stocked it wrong, and labeled the sale price and never checked. She didn’t have an answer. This store has a lot of issues. Steer clear. Walmart is even a better option.

I have really grown to love this store. My favorite is Brookshire in Pottsboro but we are closer to Gainesville. They keep a pretty clean store and the employees are really nice and helpful.

Deli worker was not very accurate and truthful about the time on how long it had been since the fried chicken had been cooked. It was obvious it was old. Took me almost 30 min to get a fresh 8 piece chicken and it was not all that great when I did. I normally love your chicken. Also he was VERY unclean looking hygiene wise.😬

Most stuff in there is really overpriced even with a savings card, but they make up for it with incredible deals on meat. I saved $95 today and most of that was meat. Buy one get two free deals on packages of pork chicken and steak

Tom Thumb has a few special items I cant get at Wal-Mart . If youre lookin to eatin healthier, Tom Thumbs Organics House Brand cant be beat . Finally, all the associates are super friendly & helpful .

Got asked if I had a rewards card, said no, and the cashier proceeded to say “of course you don’t” ...what kind of cashier says that 😂 think about who you hire.

Tom Thumb always has the best products and most helpful staff, and their prices are VERY reasonable. They always have plenty of cashiers and never make you wait.

This grocery store has fresh produce, a good selection of meat and fish, good prices, and super helpful/friendly associates. It, also, has a Starbucks with excellent baristas! Oh! There is a Pharmacy, as well, with a great Pharmacist and assistants!

I had one issue here and the assistant manager called me right away and apologized. Great customer service and their produce section is the best!

Id stopped going for many years as the location wasnt as convenient. Went today since Im hosting a party and need quality and variety. It was great. Navigation in the store will take me a little while but well worth it. Deals were good too
