For the first time in my life, I have received service well enough to write a review about it! There is so much more than what you’ve seen in the “big box stores” I had no idea! If you go in you have to see Claudia, she truly seemed interested in my project and seems to really love her job.

I bought all of my plumbing fixtures here for my bathroom renovation and a new kitchen faucet. The problem with the faucet was the touch feature. Delta was sending me tons of parts so I called and talked to Earnest. He took care of everything. He talked to his Delta rep and was able to allow me to get another faucet (no touch). He and his staff were wonderful. It is always a pleasure to deal with their company. Also on Friday they have great doughnuts! Love that maple and bacon!!!!

They do not stand behind what they sell. I purchased 3 toilets, a vanity, mirror and other accessories from them. Within a week, we knew that 2 toilets (the same model) were no good. Clear flushing problems. I do a little research, and lo and behold, many many people have had issues with these same toilets. I asked to exchange the toilets (for more expensive ones!).Morgan Bros response: since the toilets have already been installed there is nothing we can do, we can’t take the used toilets back. I’m sorry. Let me know if I can help with anything else.I have since reviewed the return policies of Home Depot and Lowes. If I had bought the same toilet at one of those stores, I would easily be able to return/exchange them.

The staff is not what youd call great as customer relations, but the prices are pretty good, better than the other plumbing supply houses.
