Great customer service by two young men at the store today. Friendly and helpful. I liked the variety of bulk items that were so reasonably priced.

Customer service is not the greatest here, as management is rarely friendly or helpful. I have also been mistakenly overcharged for items by a new hire. On average, Earth Origins Market is more expensive than Publix and Fresh Market, but you CAN find competitive sales on certain products/brands, and you will find a huge selection of vitamins and supplements. I am grateful that Gainesville has a regional, independent health food store such as Earth Origins.

Decent customer service and a great variety of products--admittedly and expectedly a little pricey--for a local food store. I am saddened to hear that Earth Origins no longer sells the raw dairy milk products.

This is a great store. The staff are friendly and they have good prices on bulk items!

I stop in here almost once a week after work since it’s on the way home. Everyone seems so nice except for the lady who seems to probably be the manager. Followed me and my friend around the store as if we were going to steal, kept trying to stare at my pockets/hands when we were checking out and then handed us our receipt and told us to have a good day before our things were even packed to go. Don’t know if I’ll be returning anytime soon unfortunately

Earth Origins Market is a great place to get everything organic including herbal supplements, aromatherapy, and more. They have absolutely everything. And the staff is really wonderful.

Absolutely no customer service! The woman at the register today barely spoke, made eye contact or anything! After she put my items in the bag she pretty much tossed them to me on the counter. All while I was running my card, she was standing there with a scowling look of not wanting to be there. I was extremely surprised she even spoke to me while handing me my receipt. Absolutely unacceptable at a place of business.

Their point system is a joke. They supposed to be able to scan your reward certificate number but instead they type it in this was the second time they made a mistake and its not worth for me to wait to fix it more than couple minutes

The prices have always been outrageously expensive and not worth the trip, but they had a few items I needed so I would still go. Today I went on and the manager was extremely rude. I will make sure to never go back there again or recommend it to anyone. I have no tolerance for rude service staff in this day and age. Especially from a manager. I used to refer them a lot of business too.

Pretty good place, definitely more expensive than other places but you can sometime find good sales or deals.

Ive been here once or twice. They have bread thats free of gluten if you need it.

They are very unprofessional. Even talking to the assistant manager. They ate not people person, not for the position they hold. They wont be open long. They closed the wrong store, which was 13th Street. They wont last long, I will pay more money then to put up sooth their attitude.

If you live on the West side of Gainesville and dont feel like fighting the student traffic to go downtown for health food, you may end up at this Mother Earth location. As this store is smaller, the selection isnt as wide as the larger 13th store, but you can bet the prices are just as high. I believe that in order to be a cashier, you must possess a I dont care, leave me alone, Im not here to help type attitude. Also, if you have the misfortune of arriving even an hour before closing time and want to purchase some overpriced organic produce, youll likely be out of luck since the employees start pre-closing and pack everything up super early. I may sound harsh, but this store isnt all bad. Yes, the prices can be ridiculous and you may not hear your cashier utter a single word during your transaction, but they do offer the convenience of some items that you would otherwise have to drive downtown for.

Well they use to be the only game in town but now that Earthfare has opened up they pale in comparison!! Prices are higher (mostly by 1/3 or more!)and they staff desperately needs some customer service training or at least lesson on how to be civil. After over 10 years of shopping here I am officially DONE!

They have a wide variety of products, from vitamins to food. Its a bit pricey, but still good.

I like this store for my Quorn Products.

My grandmother loved this place.

They recently starting to do weekly sales.to atracck more customers.The workers are not very upbeat for some reason.
