First Impressions are everything when you are trusting someone with your Bike and Chris blew me away! I have been to 3 shops and of course my horrible dealership service department and none of them bothered to even look at my bike and see what needed to be done. First time bringing my bike there and Chris made me feel like family. I had a bad week and tire blows out on my daily (bike) and I called him and he got me right in and started on it right when I got there and very reasonable prices. it rides like it was new. Been using Chris’ services for about a year and half and have never been disappointed. The man has an encyclopedic knowledge of all types of motorcycles and just runs the kind of shop where the customer feels welcome. Prices are fair and well worth it, plus there’s usually something cool parked outside or in the showroom.

When it comes to prices on products and services, Chris is very fair. When it comes to knowledge of and ability with the bikes Chris works on, he is unsurpassed. My most recent experience there provided more proof as to why I trust taking my bike there. I liken it to taking a much-loved mechanical watch in for service to a craftsman, who then thoroughly examines it, dismantles it to the point needed, then cleans, lubes and repairs everything so that the watch is happily keeping accurate time again for years. After taking my 99 996 in for service not long ago, between a valve adjustment, oil change and swap of tires, my Duc reminds me of that well-lubricated watch.
