When I called looking for storage you were full.. but the girl working the phones on Friday was precious enough to look anyway. So crazy one popped up and she was super helpful! She worked at a different location then the actual storage unit and just made sure everything worked out!

Fast, friendly, and helpful. The manager, Sylvia, answered all my questions about the facility that I had. Never interrupted me, was not annoyed by my many questions, and remained friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I had an issue with my gate code and Sylvia came right out to help me as soon as she noticed. If you reserve online, do Sylvia a favor and buy a lock at the store and not over the phone. It’ll help her out and the facility. Thank you Sylvia for being awesome!

Loved the location! Finished putting my daughter’s dorm essentials after her first year. We loved having Sylvia attend us because she is bilingual and cordial. 10/10 recommend!

The unit I rented is most unusual. It is a loft and requires a moving staircase to access. Since the unit is so unusual and one cannot use it for furniture and extremely heavy items, the representative made sure I understood the limits of the unit. She took the time to take me to the unit and show me how to access it.The representative was thorough and conscientious.

A $20 increase in storage rental is unacceptable. It’s like once you are moved in they hit you with that high rental increase a year later.

Had the perfect unit for my needs, both in size and price.Some confusion on their website where it doesnt list the height of the unit (accidently chose a 4 foot high locker instead of the closet-size I needed), but staff were very friendly and got me the unit I needed.

Ms.Brandy T was amazing and super helpful. We’re expecting a new member to the family and need to put some stuff in storage. We asked so many questions and she answered nicely and without a problem. So glad we went with StorQuest! I highly recommend and ask for her the next time you go😉

Very disappointed. The online reservation does not provide any details about the storage room but it provides the cheaper offer. The one I reserved, required a ladder to get access to the storage! This is unacceptable. ALL details should be included in the reservation plus all the extra fees after reserving your room. End up paying double. Call ahead and make sure you get what you are reserving online.

Excellent storage location, we did not have any issues, the Manager Steve was great and very knowledgeable, he provided excellent customer service to us.I will totally recommend this location!Our only suggestion for improvement is that the general 800 number for StorQuest needs to be attended and someone needs to return the phone calls for follow up, we left like five voice mails and nobody ever called us back

Absolutely amazing company! Came across this storage unit through my google search. I called and the customer service I received on the phone was fantastic ! I was asked what I would like to store to help find the right fit. I asked quite a few questions and each was answered thoroughly. Upon my arrival to StorQuest, Kimberly greeted us and was super helpful. She was extremely friendly, even with an office full of people and her being the only one at the desk. Rented storage space for my daughter. Specifically asked for Archer Rd location in Gainesville. They set her up with unit at their 34th street location. Daughter went into Archer Rd and they told her no record of payment...sent her away. Now I have been on hold with StorQuest for literally 15 minutes & counting. VERY POOR customer service. Still on hold.

I love this Storage location because they are well kepted clean and customer service is awesome there.

Great service, very clean facility well maintained units3 months in I am locked out of the storage facility because the code box malfunctioned I called last night and informed the 24/7 customer support at 9 PM they told me they would deal with the problem 7:47 am the next day still locked out costing me more money for missing work.

They were very easy to work with.

Kim is SO nice, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. She is the epitome of customer service, and I’d give her 10 stars if I could! She cares about the property, investing in improvements to keep the renter’s belongings safe, and cares about each person, which is pretty rare in a storage facility in a college town where the renters turnover monthly.

This was my first time ever having to rent a storage unit and I must say, I have had a great experience so far! The staff is super friendly and supportive. I also appreciated how they have an online chat help service where someone was helping me find a unit at 9pm one night! The unit was held for me so I could look at it the next day which I appreciated being able to see it! The staff was great working with me with my move in date and stayed true to their word of holding it for me for another week when I was ready to move out of my apartment! I got an AC unit and am very pleased with it so far. The staff was very professional and personable. Price was very competitive compared to other places nearby. I recommend this place to anyone!

They’ve changed the hours we can access our stuff 3 times since we’ve had our stuff here. We’ve only been here for 2 months. You better not have a job during business normal business hours or you’ll literally have to take a day off to access your unit....

I was very satisfied with my storage unit and would definitely recommend. Friendly staff, easy move-in and great price! I felt safe leaving my belongings in their hands. However, I wish I was able to access my unit 24/7. Other than that, everything else went smoothly and the rental was just what I was looking for. Great for college students looking for summer storage.

Rented a unit for an ex whom never used it I forgot about it called numerous times to let them know I was in the hospital been sick etc still telling me I have to pay after I spoke to a lady months ago that said shedtake off the lock now Im still being charged they took my gate access so I cant even see if the lock is still on and when I call them they argue hang up say they cant help me etc just horrible

The staff member (Sarah) that helped me to rent a unit was very kind, thoughtful, and helpful! She helped me find a suitable and affordable unit. My only complaint is that there was only one person on staff that afternoon, and the rental process was quite slow. However, great service and attention to detail.

My very first time needing a storage was a great experience. Ms.Kim was so courteous, she is indeed a peoples person, the person that should be at the front desk to greet people. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Kimberly Weeks, the Property Manager, was extremely responsive and helpful! We were moving our student out for the summer from miles away and she was terrific to work with throughout. She guided us to the most cost effective option for what we needed to store. Overall experience was 5 stars.

Kimberly is very nice and helpful! She showed us our unit before purchasing and answered any and all of our questions. The process was fast and easy, and we were able to move our things into our new unit immediately.

Amazing and helpful staff! They honored a web special I found on their website, were able to rent a storage unit with very late notice, and were incredible flexible with the whole process! I definitely recommend this storage facility and wonderful staff!

If I could give 10 out of 5 I would. The people at StorQuest have been so helpful during the time I have been renting there and so patient when I have last minute requests. They have always answered my questions and gone above and beyond. I have a regular outdoor unit and when I arrived it was raining quite a bit during the day. When we opened up the unit it was bone dry in there. The facility is clean and everyone who works there is wonderful. Thank you StorQuest!

If you ever come to this StorQuest make sure you talk to Akei, he is the best! Hes so funny and make me feel welcomed there, he also stayed overtime to help me since it was such a busy day and I really appreciated it! He is the best Assistant Manager ever (his name should be on the cards too). You do not see such kindness anymore.

Customer service is lacking, but they store your stuff at a decent price. They don’t do well at solving issues that arise, but again, for the price it’s not surprising.

Huge thumbs down for storquest! Very unhappy. Reserved a unit on Wednesday, received a call Saturday am telling me I needed to be there between 9 and 5. Was there at 3, office locked and no one inside. Called the regional office, they attempted to contact others and was told no one was answering. Waited 1 hr, no return calls from regional office. Had a truck load to unload. Contacted Midguard selfstorage, drove there and secured a unit by 5:05. Thumbs up for Midguard. Still have not heard from storequest and it is Sunday.

Staff was very helpful in getting me a unit during a very busy part of the year. They are often able to adapt to any/all issues that arise to make sure you have a unit in time for my move (as they were able to for me).

The Manager Kimberly did everything in her power to help my husband and i to get a storage unit being that it is closer to time where all units are practically sold out. In addition to that she was even able to get me a cheaper price on a large unit than I was expecting. Thanks Kimberly !!!!

The facility and service were great. My problem was with the bait-and-switch -- online advertisement said 5x5 unit is $15 but they neglected to say on the phone that its an upstairs unit. The ground floor 5x5 is quite a bit more. Im 72 and dont climb stairs well, especially with boxes of stuff, but I need to store it, so I paid the extra bucks.

I needed short-term storage for some college items and the ladies at StorQuest could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They made the process easy and pleasant. They even upgraded the size of the unit and they price match. So there really is no need to go anywhere else!

I would give this place zero stars if I could! I reserved my storage units with a Thanksgiving special they were running online and someone called the next day providing “some” information about my reservation. I got there at 4:00 pm as I said I would and spoke with Larry. After I arrived and filled out paperwork he told me there were fees and insurance on the upstairs storage unit, which he neglected to tell me before arrival. False advertising, and very inpatient. I told him I was coming back before closing (5pm), only to find out he canceled my reservations, lied and, said it takes more than 30 minutes to reserve my storage unit again and, that he was ready to go home because it was Saturday!!! Refused to process the request for one of my storage units instead on two. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Customer service was excellent! She made sure I understood all rules n policies. I was on a schedule and she made sure I was out of there in no time! The property is very clean and easy to access! I would recommend them to anyone!

The paperwork was quick and easy, my storage space is clean, dry, and easily accessible via the gate code, but secure. The only concern I had was quickly addressed after it was brought up.
