Found what I needed, nice staff, busy store.

This was my favorite store 8 years ago because of low price & good fish section. But now, everything is expensive and very few are on sale. I already compare their price with other stores. Its over priced. I dont know what happen. Its sad. I no longer visit this store.

Theyre not really outgoing to customers and is a very big language block to English customers and really dont carry common American products many not all employees either dont fully understand or comprehend what the customer is asking

Omg, they have EVERYTHING here!! You want fresh kimbap? They got it. You want doenjang paste? There. Jeju oranges? Done. The prices are very reasonable, the brands are the same ones they sell in Korea, and the selection is off the charts. You will NOT be disappointed.*These pictures are from inside my fridge after I got everything home. The frozen isle at H Mart looks like a real store.

The variety of their offering is their saving grace. Customer service needs improvement. Also, the guys cleaning and cutting fish for customers should listen more closely. They keep cutting the tail-end of my fish when clearly said at several occasions not to.

Horrible! The employees there were very rude. I went there 10mins before the store closed & one of the employees at the door shut the door & locked it when I tried to enter, saying the store is closed; while there were still people shopping inside. I asked to speak to the manager & the manager refused to open the door to talk to me. Just kept saying “We’re closed, we’re closed”

They have tons of snacks that you cant find anywhere else, not to mention a huge produce section thats always fresh. They also have a small Korean restaurant and Spanish bakery inside, which are both awesome.

Im a recently new lover of ramen. I dress it up and eat it almost daily. This market is a ramenporium. Theres a world of ramen flavors. Some delicious, some not so. I got a ramen with a collapsable fork in the container! Had never seen one and plan to return for more ramen goodness. Oh and theres regular non ramen groceries here as well.

Great with dealing with Covid 19. I like that they gave us gloves before coming in. The variety of international food is amazing. The bakery items are delicious very warm bread. I like the fresh food corner as well many options from Korean to Japanese. The checkout line always moves fast. The store is neat and stocked all the time. Great store to pick up veggies and fruits are great prices.

The store is crowded as usual for a Saturday morning rush while the staff is still picking through old vegetables and stocking new items. Check out was smooth and my clerk was very courteous.

I love to experience every H mart. This was my 5th different H mart in DMV areas. I felt this one is a little bigger than the Wheaton, but smaller than ones in Virginia.

I bought potstickers on sale from this store. When I opened it, everything stuck together like it was defrosted and refrozen again. I smelled spoiled pork after I fried them.

I love their meat display, especially the sliced red meats. Theyre probably meant for at home tabletop BBQ, but we love them for pan frying. Great selection of produce and Asian/international foods.

I like that they give you gloves as you enter the store. The food selection is always pretty good and cheap compared to other grocery stores. However, I tried the bakery to the right (near the produce) and bought the cappucino cake. It was phenomenally delicious!!!!! Yum yum yum... cant wait to go back and get more.

When you are going to walk in they give you gloves and every worker is super nice .

The best selection of fresh fish, produce and meats around. They dont have all the items that most Americans buy but for Asian food items that adventurous cooks like to eat they are a great store. I only deducted the 1 star because they dont carry many items that most Americans want and or need.

Im a regular here. Its a good supermarket and I can get all the basic Korean groceries. Knocked off a star just because they dont always have the friendliest cashiers.

This store has most of the things i need. They are compliant with health standards, make sure you have your mask on and hand you gloves before entry. I love buying fresh fish and shrimp here too

Since I have moved to the neighborhood I have become a frequent shopper. I love the selection and the variety. There is always a interesting find. Their prepared food section is very interesting. There is something for every palate.

Clean well organized HMart. Able to navigate and get through checkout quickly during covid . Always has sanitizer and gloves for use

Solid Starbucks. Staff observing good safety practices during COVID-19 (masks, gloves, shields, distance).Only 1 mistake to an order in all my time ordering from them. Thats a pretty good record if you ask me. It was close enough so I didnt ask them to fix it.Staff are friendly. Coffee is the same as every other Starbucks (you know what you are getting). No complaints! Ill be back weekly.

Bought few fresh rice noodles that are refrigerated. As I boiled them I started smelling a really old damp rag...pretty strongly. So I looked at the rice carefully and it was yellow!!...what a disappointment

Considering Im concious enough to know that bad reviews can turn customers off a place, I take into account for the fact anyone can have a bad day when it comes to its employees, a store could be making changes to its layout due to its unorganized condition. So with that said this store is a great place for those hard to find ingredients if you find yourself in a pinch making local cuisine or a dish known internationally. From elusive produce to common & uncommon seafoods to a massive choice of cut meats youll find what you need here. Me being African American & my wife who is of Korean decent we love to shop here & make fushion meals seeing as though fhis place has many items to choose from for any nationality & we love trying foods from new backgrounds. It also has a kitchen full of made by order meals of many kids like Beef Maki or Shrimp 🍤 Tempura both are our favs. All is good to find & expecially when your a lover of foods & experiences like my wife & I & love test driving cultural foods. The one thing I didnt appreciate was the fct my last visit I was alone only to over hear 2 Korean ladies making fun of the fact I was asking for Korean made to go meals. They assumed I didnt understand. Well ladies you where WRONG. A word of advice. Just because you have an opinion of another person due to skin tone or what happens to be ordered it is insanely insensitive to talk about anybody in such a degrading manor. I was told Koreans pride themselves on respect & a common good nature. You proved that to be wrong. With that said & taking my previous rating into account. My rating will not change.

I bought a big watermelon but It’s ridiculous when they asked me paying 5 cents per bag at cashier. You can pick as much as free bags you need for carrying your shopping in all grocery stores even small ones.

Lots of choices for fruits, vegetables, and fresh seafood. Inside lighting is bright and it is spacious. I dont like their points award program in which you receive one point for ever dollar you spend. You have to spend $1,000.00 (1,000 points) in order to get only $10.00 back in credit. It will take a long time for me to spend that much money on groceries just for a $10.00 credit. Otherwise, its a good place to buy groceries.

This place has good products but not its staff. I would like to file a formal complaint of discrimination on this supermarkets staff for their unprofessional and biased behaviors towards certain customer. The staff at the seafood section were skipping me and other few customers in the same ethnicity group, while taking unreasonable demand at personnel that speaks their own language. When I asked why they are giving me dead products from the live tanks the staff ignored me; when I asked for the manager he had a very condescending attitude and continue to ignoring me while arguing in non English language. It was pleasant to shop here until a recent change of staffing. It is a shame to have unprofessional staff to dilute the great qualities of its reputation and I do demand an answer for the rude behaviors of these personnel.

Well maintained general grocery store with unbeatable prices. Theres a bakery that makes fantastic baguettes and rolls. They have everything I generally need.

I was surprised and happy how much work they put in on the store. (End of 2017 currently) it used to be so beat up. They deserve congratulations for turning it around. I was hungry for crystallized fruit and candied nuts for holidays. I bet they have them if I dare venture out. They truly have almost EVERYTHING a community needs.
