Went to Elite yesterday and test drove a 2016 Range Rover. Beautiful car that drove great. Fred “helped” me during the process but made me feel rushed. He had other customers coming and apparently felt they were an easier sell. By the end I spoke with the owner Moshe who was very nice and made some great points about the car. I was on the fence really considering it when Fred came back and was borderline rude and dismissive. So, guess I’ll spend $40k elsewhere.

Recently had my car totaled in a crash so I was looking for a new car during the COVID outbreak in NY. I normally go to the dealership and talk to someone, but that was a headache with scheduling appointments so I started looking online. I drive a lot so I prefer the pre-owned route. Found an immaculate E300 that was the exact color, year, mileage, and price that I wanted. TruCar rated the price as an excellent buy. I clicked on the car and filled out the contact info, but in reality, I was skeptical that buying a car in Maryland was going to work. Within a few minutes, I got a text from Ben Berman, a salesperson from Elite Auto Brokers. Over the course of the next few days, all paperwork was completed, and arrangements made for the car to be delivered to me in NY. They held the deal open for me while I finalized my insurance settlement for my wrecked car. When I was ready to go, the car was delivered and I had 5 days, 250 miles to decide if I wanted it. I took the car to a local foreign car repair shop that I have used for years and trust. They gave the car a thorough look, and told me I was getting into a great car. No issues found. First of all, Im am typically very skeptical of smaller private dealers as I have had bad experiences in the past, but from the minute I spoke with Moshe on the phone, I knew something was a little different. He was pleasant to talk to, easy to talk to and very honest with me about everything. Once I bought the car, I noticed a slight problem with the front brake rotor on the drivers side of the car. I bought a Lexus RX 350 2015 with 34K on it and and Im sure it was just time to maybe have the brakes serviced. I called Moshe and he immediately said to bring it in and he would take care of it. I thought for sure he would cancel on me when I called back to book the appointment. He didnt and he had the brakes fixed under the warranty that he advertised. In a world where we are promised things that guarantee us something but then is never delivered on quite how it is sold to us, this was a breath of fresh air. The people at Elite Auto Brokers made every effort in attempting to make my experience as great as making a certified purchase from a Mercedes dealer but at a much better price. Because only one key was available causing me to pay a dealer $400 for a spare, they issued me a $100 check to defray that cost. My salesman also lowered the already-below-market asking price by another $500. In addition, when my brake pads needed replacement within a month of the purchase, Elite Auto Brokers also handled that free of charge. This was on top of providing me two years of free oil and air filter changes similar to what a certified dealer offers. Plus, I was able to purchase a top of the line bumper-to-bumper warranty like I would get at a Mercedes dealer. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend Elite Auto Brokers. They did not conclude business with an exchange of a vehicle for funds; they continued to make sure I was happy. Ben and Dean were great to work with.

They provide fishy auto check report (not Carfax), just found out today that the car they sold me have a prior damage that they never told me or show me in the car report.The car they sold me broke on day one (engine overheating when driving on highway) and they wont take it back to fix it.Would not recommend anyone who want to find reliable cars

2 big take aways. 1-the owner personally addressed me during my first visit. He came out of the office to ensure things were going well. 2- The Title receptionist was very helpful with questions concerning insurance, registration, and payments. She made sure all my questions were addressed.

I stopped by Elite Auto Brokers looking for a late model Mercedes Benz E350; they had a few in stock. Every car that was shown to me was in near perfect shape. Eran was very knowledgeable - in fact, much more than the sales people at Tysons Corner Mercedes Benz, a big time MB dealer. He was pleasant and straight forward; I felt very comfortable shopping there. The prices were pretty good for the area, and definitely good prices for cars of this quality. I have yet to purchase my car, but Im highly considering purchasing there. This is not a small shady used car shop, this a legit luxury car enthusiast place. I highly recommend it.

I went to Elite Auto Brokers today after finding a Mercedes C300 Sport in which I was interested. They were absolutely no-pressure, open, honest, and ready to help. They pulled the car out into the light so that I could do a detailed analysis. Then, they quickly took my current car for a test-drive and worked up the numbers for a trade-in. The numbers were highly competitive, and I appreciated that they included all costs of the purchase, including transaction fees. I looked forward to returning the next day to make my purchase, but have decided against it only because Ive decided to hold out for the interior color that I most want. I have been buying cars from elite for the last 8 years(4 cars already)I replace them every 3y+- and I am always satisfied from all aspects of the purchase:1. I get a great deal on the price for a barely used car (2-3y)2. Cars are as close as you can get to new condition (remember you aren’t buying a new car, you’re buying a 2-3y old/lightly used car in superb condition)3. Cars are still under warranty (at least the ones I buy) so I’m worry free for another 1-2y.4. Team is professional and polite all the time, every single one of them.5. Wonderful buying experience! I went in casually to browse not thinking I would end up buying a pristine 2014 E class. Moshe even offered to do a Carfax check on another E class from a competitor in Va and discovered that it was in an accident with structural damage! While the vehicle from Elite was accident free with a clean title. He didn’t even push me to buy the vehicle. I returned the next day and he gave me a fair trade in and financing so I took delivery of my E350 and been happy with it so far. Needlessly to say their positive reviews are legit and warranted, I will be going there again in the future. They let me test drive the car, they were very courteous and did not pressure the purchase. I was there with my BMW but based on my past experience with official dealers I was very skeptic we could make a deal. ( My last experience a few years back I tried a trade in with dealer in Rockville but they offered me 40% less than the value of my car and of course I left).They offered me ( to my surprise) a very fair value for my BMW and their processing charges were very minimal when compared to the last car I bought from an official dealer. I am quite satisfied.

Im 20 so buying a car at my age is hell, most dealers try to take advantage of your age and try all these silly bussiness but elite auto brokers brought something different to the table. Dealing with Moche the manager and Dean, at elite auto brokers in maryland gave me a sense of respect and that thought of I want to buy my car here. Dealing with them i was given a reasonable price and left with the car I wanted that same day and I love every peice of my bmw 435 xi.
