It was a very easy process getting an appointment and getting the work done. They are very professional and explained everything in advance. They offer many different services, and they do a great job. If you use a Groupon, know that it covers the lower quality tint, so you may need want to pay more for the mid or high quality tint. It will be about $100 more, but worth it for the lifetime warranty.

I received a remote car starter from Hot Tint Speed and Sound as a gift from my husband and it was one of the best gifts ever! Needed it reset when my battery was replaced and the service was outstanding - work was completed timely as promised and the staff were friendly and efficient!

Bad service, less than a month ago we installed a remote start for more than 300 dollars and it does not work two days after installing it it did not work we have returned twice to repair it and for the third time it still does not work we have to go back to them to have it repaired. I do not recommend this business I would never return for another service with them

The service is amazing. They go above and beyond the same old buy and sell. My phone was dying and the young lady there didnt care about my color or my $ status but let me borrow her charging cable while I waited. When they finished, the job was superb!!!! You can get good tint anywhere. You cant find Hot Tint everywhere!!

I had to remove the window tint on the front two windows of my 2019 4Runner to get it passed under MD state safety inspection law. Hot Tint, Speed & Sound removed it in 10 minutes and I passed the inspection. Same day, 20 minutes all in all for $40! Amazing work and great service!

Came in on time for my appointment. I was told that my appointment was moved by me, to a day where I work and have school... makes no sense. Then I spoke to the owner Rich on the employees phone, who said there is nothing he can do because I called in and changed it. I threaten him with a BBB complaint so then he says that I can leave the car to work on, but doesn’t know if he can finish today... needing names I asked for his name since he is the owner he says his name is Richard Seans, which is a lie because I saw his real name in the employees phone book when I ended the call. These people cannot be trusted to tell you their real names how can you trust them to work on your car.

They did an excellent job on the window tint got it done in a timely fashion. Also the sales staff is very knowledgeable about legal limit of tint in both Virginia and Maryland. They have examples up so you can see. I will say though its almost a waste of money to put legal tint on your car in Maryland. The only time you can really see its there is that night.

These guys are fast and professional. Had a remote start installed on my 2015 Infiniti Q50. It uses my factory keypad and works perfectly. Price was very reasonable and better than some others that I checked. A great convenience year round, especially when temperatures are at their house and coldest.

My fourth or fifth visit there. Yet to be disappointed. Tint looking hot for real. The nano tint is awesome. Thinking of the front windows as well. They do more than tints there but its all Ive been getting done there.

Idk what to say other than this business excels at customer service. Had a panic attack on the phone and well very happy I was on the phone with them when it happened. It was a very rough expensive day and I was at my breaking point. Will be returning to get my windows tinted once my registration finally gets processed. Very affordable prices and just wonderful people.

Awesome Shop, Awesome staff I was a very picky customer giving spent 320.00 for windows and Another 226.00 for windshield tints yes i inspected for PERFECTION I found few Very small bubbles when I asked one of the installer to check there work i was given attitude for wanting PERFECTION well he explained that the tiny bubbles wouldnt pose as a problem in the future he even told me they dont like customers like Me LOL im made from stone so it takes alot to piss me off im going back to get a remote start and thinking black lights for inside lol USA 🇺🇸

Hot tint is a great shop. I went to get my windows tinted and their staff provided me great customer service and quality work. Since I had my windows tinted before, they gave me detailed instructions on the removal process. They did the work in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely recommend Hot tint to everyone but make sure to call and make an appointment.

Saw a Groupon to get car windows tinted by them. Before purchasing the groupon, I went to them to get more info about window tinting since Ive never got it done on a vehicle before. They explained the service and even offered me a better deal! They were fast with scheduling me an appointment and getting my car tinted. Took about 2 hours. FYI, dont roll down your newly tinted windows for about 3 to 5 days otherwise itll leave scratches on the window.

I requested two different quotes from two different salesmen regarding my 2019 Buick Encore. Both gave me a quote of $350. I emphasized to both I wanted the entire car with nano-ceramic IR due to my family history of melanoma skin cancer. I made an appointment and a $20 deposit. I show up 15 minutes early to discuss the darkness of my tint and they refused to honor the price discussed on the phone and instead upcharge me $150. I even had it in writing from some guy named Rich. Beware their shady dealings and all the reasons their films are on sale.

Hey there! So, you are probably here from Groupon wondering if this guys are legit. They are NOT. You will get ripped off!!! I promise you! Those good 5 stars reviews on groupon smh those customers were asked to leave a good review. They will charge you extra even if you have a coupon and plus additional charges. Just like when you go into a mechanic and he try to fix something that isnt broken. Please do your research and find a place with people who are loyal to their customers.Edit: they also broke my brake light smh

Maybe there is a new manager and technicians now, that is probably why a bunch of good reviews. But my experience was bad. I went 6yrs ago, recommended by the Honda Criswell dealership where I bought my car, the installation was overall fine if not for the cutting of the film that does not look professional.I had to wait a whole day for the installation, did not have time to wait another whold day for the repair.I will update my review with pics.
