These are awesome donuts! Yes, a little pricey but unlike any other. Love the customizable option or to order their suggestions. The maple bacon are on point!

Why are they no longer sticking to their posted hours? I was hoping to get 3 dozen for a visiting client that loves these. Theyre from Canada and its been a thing we do.

Dont get me wrong Inlove their donuts. I hate their hit or miss hours. Today, 11/3 they were not open at 7am as they claim. I waited around and nobdy showed. For the price of their donuts you would think somebody would staff the store in the morning? Guess Im not buying a dozen bacon maple for the office after all. Very disappointed, not the first time this has happened, even as late as 8:30am earlier in the year.

Service quality has been going down at this location. Staff showing attitude and unfriendly at all. Not likely to go back.

Love Duck Donuts but staff behavior at this store unacceptably rude. They just told me they are out of fall items and only able to take cards or exact cash. I observed a wad of bills in the cash drawer so it is perplexing. They got quite an attitude when I left expressing my dissatisfaction.

First time here was a half dozen build your own for my birthday. Fellas, I gotta say, these are not your typical donuts. Dont come here expecting anything but a donut bomb. A flavor explosion. The MOAD (mothers of all donuts). I cant even believe how good these are. I tried their maple bacon, a key lime cheesecake, a take on a peanut butter cup, and a blueberry lemon...thing. I ate four donuts in one sitting like a monster. Please come get some of these. They are great.

I was waiting for over 30 minutes. Even the people who ordered after us got their donuts 15 minutes before us. The employee’s friends came in and they were chatting and not working. They even forgot a donut that was in our order. I love the donuts here but the service was terrible.

Their customer service with some of the best I’ve ever received. The young ladies in there were extremely helpful. The donuts came out fresh off the rack and top right then to order. If you like donuts this is a dangerous place for you though so be warned. All should come and check it out.

Three girls were working when we stopped in. Only one girl was actually working on the donuts. I guess one girl was in the back working on something else. The girl who took our order Gabby was unprofessional and rude when taking our order and when answering another customer’s order. There are three people waiting for their donuts and it’s taking more than 20 minutes to put out one order. This is terrible customer service for an otherwise good establishment with good donuts.

This is the best donuts i have tasted. When you bite into the donut its very soft and tasty I will recommend.

Very good donut shop with made to order donuts made in front of you. The hot donuts here are like the hot donuts at Krispy Kreme except they have a lot more varieties and and are available anytime the store is open. I have been there twice and the customer service is very good and so was the donut. Store was clean and there were free samples and free small cups of water when I was there. The price is a little expensive but if you like donuts it is worth a visit.

Completely satisfied. They gave recommendations if I didnt know what to do and got it right. Delicious.

Fast and friendly experience. I don’t normally like cake donuts but these were insanely good while they were fresh! I like that you can basically customize your donuts however and they have pre made options to choose from.

Id love to give a great review, but after spending over 20 minutes trying to place an online order just to receive an error message that the billing address for my credit card was incorrect (it wasnt), seeing multiple attempts to charge my credit card (even though the billing address was allegedly incorrect?), and trying to call an inoperable phone line to get the issue cleared up and place my order, Ive gotten nowhere and nothing. Why is this an issue at both locations in the area?

I usually go to the Rockville location but decided to give this one a try since I was in the area yesterday. What a colossal mistake, the quality at this location is abysmal. The donuts were tiny and misshapen (see attached photos. How do you sell donuts for $1.60 each that are the size of a kiwi fruit?) and the frosting virtually non-existent. Will not be patronizing this location again! Would give 0 stars if possible!

The doughnuts here are delicious. If I have the time I always sit in the store and eat them while theyre hot. The service is fast and friendly. The woman who took my order today was very patient with me when I couldnt decide on a flavor. My only complaint is that there isnt much variety in the drink selection but its not a deal breaker.

Not open at their advertised times. Tried to visit on a Saturday at 7:30 AM. The sign says they open at 7, but the place was completely dark.

The donuts at Duck are always tasty, warm and fresh. However, on the occasion that I stopped by, the cashier had no excitement when seeing a potential customer walk in. I stopped in around 4pm and I was the only customer, so there was no reason to have such low energy. He prepared my donuts very slowly and was quick to go away when I said the donuts were fine. Perhaps he was having a bad afternoon? I want to give the benefit of the doubt. Other than that, everything else was okay. Customer service 4/10Cleanliness 10/10Donuts 10/10

I was in during an off-peak hour. Social distancing was observed, the donut was fresh out of the machine and was excellent.

One of the best fresh donuts in the area. Good amount of topping choices. They would be my favorite spot if they offered jelly donuts. The shop is clean, the staff is polite, and there is a certain thing about watching them make your donuts right in front of you.

The donuts are freshly made so your order has never been on the shelf prior to you making it! The topping are delicious. They seem a bit odd for donuts but they re very complimentary. Try the bacon topped donut, its crazy good.

We ordered a dozen of different types. We thought it would take a while for our order to be completed, but I turned around and they were halfway done. The possibilities are endless. I ordered online a dozen donuts for curbside pick up from this location, paid and drove there to only find out that they closed unannounced...I called the location, wrote them on Facebook and also completed a complaint form on the franchise website, NO RETURNs NOT EVEN FOR MY REFUND!!!! They literally stole my money..DONT PUT UP WITH THIS KIND OF TREATMENT FOR DONUTS, its not worth it.

Fun factor is super high and they look great! Kids loved it. Not my personal face, though. Maybe a tad oily? Could have just been that batch.

First time I went there. I heard about it when I was in Williamsburg. Now we have one in Gaithersburg. They make vanilla cake donuts and you choose your own glazes and toppings. They serve them warm. Theyre excellent!

We came here an hour before they closed on a Monday and the experience we had was great! The donuts were fresh and to top it off, I got free iced coffee and it was delicious. I highly recommend you visit this store!

Good, customized doughnuts that are made to order. Service is usually very quick, helpful, and polite. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare ad the parking lot is horrible but other than that you cant go wrong with this doughnut shop. If youve never had Duck Donuts, you should definitely stop in. The doughnuts are much better than any other place around.

Delicious fresh donuts. Coffee is average. I recommend you get your coffee somewhere else and the donuts here. Good variety of flavors and toppings. Customer service is average but their delicious donuts make up for it.

Amazing handmade and fresh donuts. There are a lot of unique flavors and you can make your own combinations! I bought a gift card from Groupon and it was totally worth it. It was really easy to use and the staff helped me. Donuts were made quickly.

I would give it 5 stars because the donuts are out of this world. But they removed the paper sheets where youd write your order down before you get to the register. Now,.. you have to wait longer because people have no idea what they want when theyre at the register. I hope they bring the paper order forms back,.. otherwise Im probably going to make fewer trips there.

Disappointed with both this location as well as the Rockville location. My office loves these donuts as do i, but the owner of both locations doesnt opt in for the signature boxes they advertise on their website. Also when i called both locations, no one answered the pones at either location for at least 30 minutes. For a up and coming business, i would think the business owner would want to offer everything associated with the Duck Donuts brand. Staff was very helpful, but if youre a franchise owner, i would think you would want to carry everything advertised.

I love Duck Donuts! Unfortunately, a discrepancy in our online order almost meant an emergency allergic reaction RASPBERRY after stating it in our order. I was lucky to spot that since it was a featured donut Sunrise Lemon Icing with Raspberry Drizzle. We informed the employees over the phone which stated I saw that it said no raspberry, so I did not coat the donut but thought it was ok to use the drizzle. Im Sorry for the discrepancy, next time you come in we can give you a free donut. The staff there needs to be re-educated on Allergic policy or next time it could be a kid with a full-blown anaphylactic reaction.
