This is ridiculous grocery store I ever visit. Im planning to make homemade guacamole but most of them arent available which is INSANE. I mean its weekends they should provide ingredients in the store especially this is GROCERY STORE which people buying food I mean I understand if I go to retail store and they runout of size but this is one they runout of food. Its unexpected and such a good place to buy food but they are lack of maintaining the area in-stock, they dont have options for bread, fruits like strawberry, vegetables mostly gone, the salsa chips that im looking wasnt there like its horrible And I ended up buying guacamole thats ready. I dont have choice at this point even the type of breads Im looking for wasnt available. How you will call this grocery store if its LACK OF INGREDIENTS? When it comes of workers theyre a lot and can work on this issue. Also when I checkout theres only 1 OPEN REGISTER OUT OF 8+ so ridiculous, right? And I see 10 or more people working most of them just walking and looking around. They have to pay attention to this details because theyre in good location and lots of people coming over to buy what their needs.

Generally superior store. Wide selection. Not overcrowded. They even carry newspapers!

This store is a clean, well arranged place to shop. Fresh vegetables and baked goods. Good quality products and amazing staff that is ready to help you.

Great pharmacy. Store is always clean and usually a little crowded. Prices are in line with HT stores across the spectrum (upper end). But then again, the quality is much higher than Giant or other competition. Access is via complex traffic patterns and it seems to be the major reason we dont go there more often.

Great store but cashiers are scarce after 9. That can be frustrating!

This Harris teeter location is an upscale shopping venue in the crown area of Rockville. As the pandemic is winding down I found the store was clean there was a person wiping down each self checkout register with antiseptic after everybody left and I was pretty impressed with the stores operation overall.

Friendly and helpful staff. They always ask if you need help to your car. Always stocked with fresh veggies and very clean store. I can always find good deals at this location.

If you have the membership the prices are pretty decent. And you get good quality.

Open 24hrs, that alone deserves 5 stars. Great customer service and a little expensive then many big stores near by but it carries products from many European brands which I like. Always clean, and welcoming!

Harris Teeter is my go to grocery store. They have a great selection and everyone Ive talked to there has been more than helpful and friendly. BTW - they make great sandwiches and pre-made foods when you need a meal on the run. :)

Clean and convenient, with a good selection of produce. A bit pricey for common non-perishables that you could scoop up at walmart or another chain for a bit cheaper.

Went by with a friend to pick up a couple of last-minute things they had some nice sales store was clean and we enjoyed ourselves

They have great deals especially on Seafood! Im always on the lookout for lobster and 🦀 specials.

I love going to the grocery store so I always go here so I can wait in line for 30 mins to check out every visit. This store never opens more than two checkout lanes even during busiest times, which is a huge plus for me because I love wasting my time.

The produce...especially the fresh Corn ears looked pretty picked over...and were old some had been husked ...found to be bad looking and left in the bin.

Not sure why they would have cheese displayed if they were only willing to sell it wholesale. Weird, confusing and totally frustrating

The only reason I gave such low stars because I am very disappointed that Harris Teeter at Crown does not have apple pay. It is a real hassle to pull our card from wallet. Almost every where apple pay is accepted except this location of Harris Teeter.

It really is a nice store. I would like to give credit to a nice woman in the Deli area. Leigh may be her name. White young woman that works very hard every time my wife and I see her. Congratulations for keeping here at your store. Personable, customer service plus, and smart. She makes good pizzas and subs. Honestly, a really nice person and for this reason we do feel good going to this store.

Really nice grocery store. The layout is unusual to someone like me who has always shopped in more blue-collar places. I was confused by the checkout registers. They do have a really nice variety of healthy and organic stuff you dont find everywhere. Helpful and friendly staff. Good parking situation.

Although they have good stuff, they robbed me, my receipt was for $117 and I completely just threw it away but a few days after when I looked on my bank account they charged me $137 smh never again! I don’t think I can prove it to them because I don’t have the receipt anymore but nevertheless that should have never happened.

Harris Teeter has the goods and the service. Friendly smiles are plentiful with their staff, as are the varieties of choices. Their deals are great especially since you dont have to get all the advertised items to receive the discount. Buy one get one free then becomes get one half off. Youve got to love that when youre budget shopping!

Since when does checking out late at night relagate you to the self check out isle? I hate the self check out isle mostly because it doesnt work as well or as quickly as the regular check out register. I consider myself to be pretty good with electronics and gadgets of all kinds so please dont get the idea that I must not know how this device works. I understand it quite well. Even with an attendant doing the self check out for me it simply doesnt work as fast and as efficiently as a regular cashier check out. Even the the attendant was having difficulty. Every other time it gets hung up and needs a manager to fix it before I can continue. It may be convenient when its busy during the day when the regular check out lines are long but at 1am when all you want to do is get home it would be nice if the cashier could just check me out the regular way which can take less than half the time. I know the cashier can be restocking or doing other things while customers use the self check out but it seems to me that is not why I go in to Harris Teeter. Besides, how much extra stocking or other things can the cashier really get done if he or she is continually interrupted by self check out customers that are having issues and need their help. If I want regular check out I should have that choice. Its gotta be more convenient for the cashier to operate the regular check out as well. Until they come up with the system with sensors that scan everything in your cart in one second, Ill just assume have the regular check out.

This location is consistent in its ability to disappoint; the deli staff are super slow, the produce is always under-stocked and the check-out is always under-staffed. Usually on weekend morning, there is only one cashier and maybe they open the self check-out. Why make customers wait so long to take their money?

Its been a good grocery store with decent service and prices. But a couple of recent experiences sparked concern.In one, the prices were not marked right for the product, and the clerk would not take back an item that I had just paid for that I didnt want since it was not the right one. She said the customer service was closed, and no one else could do a return, which seems like a relatively easy thing for a cashier to do. She told me to come back the next day. I told her I work and raise kids and dont have unlimited time to visit Harris Teeter.But the second situation was the bigger issue. Usually the chicken salad and other items at the deli and food bars are good. But this time after making a sandwich with the rotisserie chicken salad, I took a bite and discovered something small, jagged and hard. It was a bone that was big enough to have made me choke had I swallowed it.I have photos to prove this occurred. So you can definitely say I have a bone to pick with this Harris Teeter.....The manager did contact me and apologize for the bone. So they are trying.

Doesnt have everything that a full sized supermarket has but great quality goods at reasonable prices.

I love this store, Just moved to the area and I tried out s few grocery stores and this is the one I decided to go with. The membership is nice, all the organic options are our favorite out of any other store we have shopped at. Also they are open way later than any other store so way more convenient.

Nice place overall. plenty of parking and the right amount of registers open. I asked if they had additional lettuce and the man working produce acted as if Im disrupting his day and wasnt too friendly. Otherwise, ok place to shop and will give them another try.

Terrible customer service. Arrived in the store at 7:55pm to buy essentials and was told by manager closing the doors that we wouldn’t make it to register by 8pm. I figured in this economy any business would be happy to take my money. I’ll take the short drive to Giant on muddy branch for now on.

I like harris teeter. They do some things really well but I wouldnt call it my favorite place to go for my groceries. I just like my giant better.

Organized store with spacious aisles. They have excellent customer service representatives who quickly respond to your needs by restocking missing items and keeping their premises clean and orderly. They have reasonable prices with deals to be found every week.

This is a decent grocery store, but I do feel their prices are noticeably higher than other local stores, perhaps to help pay for being open 24 hours/day.I wanted to call out the kind older gentlemen who was working around 8 PM on a Thursday night in the butcher/meats section. He saw me looking for an item (unsuccessfully) and asked if he could help and then brought me over to the appropriate section and explained what was available. I was honestly struck by his willingness to go the extra mile -- not only in noticing my need before I even voiced it, but also in actively helping a customer. I so appreciated the thoughtful gesture.

The produce is fresh and the deli has a good variety of cold cuts and meats. I like this place better than Wegmans. I can find more name brand products at better prices. There is a free membership to get coupons and additional savings. You can download an app to have your membership number handy and see in-store specials, or you can use the card.

Love this store! They always have what we need (and more!). My husband and I *frequently* use the online ordering and pick up service called Express Lane. HT employee Kelvin usually shops for our order, calls when hes done, and checks us out curbside! Hes a wonderful person, passionate about doing a great job and is always working hard any time we go into the store. He keeps us coming back. Kudos!

I do like the area, but the grocery store parking lot is always packed tight during Happy Hour for the bars and restaurants because people dont know how to park in the three garages in the area. And then, in the grocery store....if its busy, they only have 2 registers open and lines backed up waiting to check out. So absurd. Pleasant on days when its not as busy though, but its hit or miss.

I didnt receive a call letting me know my groceries werent ready for pick up. They took another 45 mins to fill my order. What a waste of time. I was trying to be efficient.

I dont shop here for basic groceries (Giant is a few roads over and $0.40 cheaper on almost everything thats a general grocery) but Harris Teeter has a great hot bar and produce selection, so I will make special trips just for those things now and again. Would definitely recommend for those things!

My favorite grocery store. My kids love going there. The food is always fresh and in stock. My 4 year old loves the fruit samples and the free sugar cookies.

Managers here are very friendly and helpful. The curbside pickup service is a life saver. They almost always have what you are looking for even obscure items. Also have a gluten free isle. Line for self checkout can be really long.

I love Harris Teeter. This one is the best Ive been to, having a wide selection of fresh produce and an impressive stock of various household necessities. My only complaints are the difficulty involved with getting to the parking lot, and the prices being a bit steep for one person grocery shopping.

Great prime rib meal on Thursday for $9.99 minus senior discount. Perfect date night food to take home and enjoy with a glass of wine. Difficult access to get on and off of Sam Rig.

This is a very good HT location. Clean and well maintained/stocked. Good selection. Prices are a little steep. Everything is fresh and clean though.

Great service. The bakery department was very responsive to customizing a birthday cake with virtually no notice. At checkout, I was pointed to a free ice cream coupon and she watched my groceries as I went to get the ice cream. Besides great quality produce and groceries in general, the service puts Teeter at the top.

Good prices. But I went here at 10 pm and it was closed due to cleaning the floor?!??I can see closing at midnight but a lot of people shop between 10 and midnight. You lost a lot of business.
