Oh this place. Tried to make an online return. The person working here said they dont do this. I have done this seamlessly at other stores. They tried anyway, then said they cant do it because of what I was returning. Called customer service who said any store should accept online returns. So they had to send me a return slip through my e-mail. That process was a heck of a lot faster than my time in this store. It had a good selection of hats as per usual with Lids.

Always helpful staff. Talked to Alexa today, she was great. Will shop here again. Its Lids, pretty tough to mess it up.
