I purchased three dishwashers from Best Buy within a month. They have contracted this company for the installation. When the first dishwasher that was measured properly arrived the technician of this company stated it would not fit and did not install it which caused me to return to the unit and purchase another one they recommend it. I purchased an LG model at their recommendation and spent $200 more. When the unit arrived they installed it and it would not dry. I contacted them they said they couldn’t do anything about it so I contacted Best Buy and which they returned the dishwasher and ordered me a brand new one and acquired the same company to install it. A quality kitchen installer came back out for the third time install the dishwasher and now the brand new dishwasher is not draining and will not dry again. They will not take any responsibility refuse to listen to what the issue was and basically stated that I had to purchase another unit or model after they specifically recommended the model I purchased.Even when I asked to speak to the manager he refused to listen to me as well he started to raise his voice and tell me that I had to purchase another unit.Apparently as professionals and the installer who stated he’s been doing this for 22 years refuse to even have a conversation with me about what could cause this issue. Their statement was it was installed properly there’s nothing we can do. Then I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisors comment was they just don’t build these machines the way they used to anymore he could come out for another service call but there’s nothing wrong with the installation and refuse to even hear the problem. I am left stunned after spending $900 and three different dishwashers in over 8weeks.This company has very poor customer service and frankly speaking extremely unprofessional.Apparently Best Buy has a service agreement with this company and there are no other options to using another installation company. I am leaving this review so that other consumers can be prepared prior to dealing with this company. I’ve been a Realtor in the area for over 20 years, I have used several service an appliance companies and I have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard.I am extremely disappointed!
A great big thank you to Antonio and James for an incredible installation of my double Wolf wall ovens. This installation required original ovens to be removed from custom cabinetry. It was a pleasure to have these two professional, talented and detail oriented men work in my home. They were precise and meticulous.
This guys delivered and installed our stove / oven. I cant say enough positive things about them. Prompt, professional, and just pleasant to deal with. They even correctly identified an electrical problem with the outlet that our electrician was able to fix in 10 minutes. Again, these fellas are top shelf and set the standard for others to follow! Highly recommended!!

Late in 2020, November - December, Quality Kitchens did an outstanding job installing double convection wall ovens, under cabinets mount microwave and counter drop-in gas cooktop at a property I property managed in Falls Church for six years prior to preparing it For Sale and marketing the listing.Appliances replacement was the last activity of preparation for marketing following interior and exterior painting, installing 11 additional recessed ceiling lights, some exterior mold remediation, adding attic insulation and sealing air leaks and installing a new ridge vent. All of those projects were easy and straight forward compared to appliances installation. All the appliances were difficult to fit and each had their own specific challenges that the QK team met head on and skillfully solved.Four visits were required under difficult covid circumstances and many weeks between visits because of scheduling challenges caused by high demand for QK services. Also there was wait time for custom filler fabrication. Dave, the preinstallation measurement expert, was particularly outstanding making precision measurements and solving various fit problems. QK phone reps were also outstanding in ordering work and coordinating visits. Whenever I called, no matter which of three reps I spoke with over a long period of time, I received accurate information that I needed which they had at their finger tips. All three that I spoke with over 7 to 8 weeks time frame were professional and easy to work with. The invoices sent me as pdfs will not open now so I cannot report the exact cost. My recollection is the total cost was about $1500.00 which included $70.00 fee for the required Fairfax County gas connection inspection that was part of the cooktop installation. Without hesitation or reservation I will use QK again.
Dennis and Christian were exceptionally professional, personable, and efficient. They were also punctual. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.
Purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy. A valve needed to be relocated, and it took them a week and me calling them to get it done. Installed the dishwasher and unplugged my stove. They installed the dishwasher and left my stove unplugged. They never followed up on my request to come fix it. Fixed it myself. Also, they said i had a leak in my waste line in my crawlspace and would refer one of their plumbers. No leak when I checked. They are horrible trying to score extra work, and the worst customer service ever.
January 6, 2021. Dennis and Josh from Quality Kitchens did a great job installing my microwave on behalf of Best Buy. They were careful to align the support bar, install it on the studs, and angle in the Microwave unit evenly, so it fit between my cabinets without a problem. It looks and works great. Fifteen days BEFORE Christmas 2020, Best Buy sent a different company to install the same make and model unit. They came, took out the old microwave, and after much effort they said it didn’t fit. They suggested I shave down my cabinets just a tiny bit, which I didn’t do! They also dinged my cabinet slightly in their poor attempt. Hallelujah! Today Dennis and Josh were considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were extra patient, since I didn’t know if this install would work either. It was “a piece of cake” and I’m so pleased. Quality Kitchens supplied quality workmanship and experienced installation. It literally made all the difference!
Quality Kitchens delivered and installed our washer and gas dryer - we appreciated their efficiency and care in both hauling away our old appliances and installing our new ones. They carefully and safely installed both appliances, we noticed they used a level to ensure both were properly situated and both team members were kind and really courteous to us.Nelson then followed up to facilitate our gas inspection, and similarly, we appreciated his communication and punctuality. Very glad that Best Buy uses Quality Kitchens to install appliances in the Montgomery County area.

I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy, which was delivered and installed by Quality Kitchens. I cant say enough good things about Eric, who did the installation. Even though I measured I was worried, and it was a tight fit. Im working from home, so I was close by during the installation. I didnt hear any sighing or complaining, but after he was done (quickly!), Eric acknowledged that things were tight. I was inspired that this young man obviously takes pride in doing a job right. Hold onto him, Quality Kitchens!
This was my first time paying for an installation of a kitchen appliance. My appointment was set from 9-12. They were courteous and called 15-20 upon arriving. They arrived on time, Dennis & Josh installed my microwave in quick and timely manner. They were both professional and friendly! I would highly recommend them and quality kitchen for future installations.
Worst company ever. Bunch of thieves looking to increase work. Gives contractors a bad name.Bought a really nice top of the line dishwasher and the Quality installer started making excuses as to why he couldnt install this.How about next time you dont show up near 6pm on a Friday? It was obvious he didnt want to do the installation. Gave me a window the day before, called me the day of, and showed up right on time! They installed the dishwasher from Best Buy very quickly, took the old one away, and were very friendly! Would highly recommend. I will be sure to call them in the future if I need anything.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional and I didn’t even have to work with them to know it. A man driving this company van almost ran me off the road going 60 in a school zone and flipped me off at the light after. Can’t imagine doing business with them. Not surprised at ALL how low these ratings are, considering how he conducts himself on company time/in company vehicles. As a small business owner myself, I can’t imagine conducting myself this way in general but especially not while advertising my company on the van. Counterintuitive for sure.

What happened is Dave B., the Manager of Quality Kitchens gave me an estimate for a hood install and he listed 4 different items with the amount of each. I asked him if it is a hood install and I already have the hood it’s all labor so why the multiple costs. He started yelling at me saying “I’m not going to sit here and explain it to you. I can email you the estimate”. I said I’m just asking you to explain the labor costs.” And he said because that’s what it is”. And I said “I have a right to understand the cost breakdown”. And then he said “forget it” and hung up on me. I promptly called Tim - the regional sales manager from BestBuy and told him. I assumed he had received other complaints about them but he hadn’t. He said he has had his share of Dave yelling at him though. I said I would NEVER do business with someone like that and Best Buy shouldn’t either. He said he was going to give me the name of another company and send the complaints up to corporate. Coincidentally at the same time this happened to me 2 other people posted on Next Door about similar issues with Dave. One was also through Best Buy and the other was with Sears. Apparently Quality Kitchens does installs for Lowe’s, Best Buy, Costco, and Sears. I will be contacting the Managers of all these stores to let them know about all of these examples of Dave’s belligerent behavior and rage filled outbursts. It is completely unacceptable. There are also multiple complaints posted about Dave with the Better Business Bureau. Apparently Dave’s brother is the owner of Quality Kitchens so the issue isn’t going to be resolved internally so I will take it to their clients so they know what kind of people are representing them. I will not accept being treated this way and neither should you. Take a look at the BBB and Yelp as well.
It is very unfortunate that I had to deal with this company as Costco delivery vendor. They do delivery and installation at different times ? yes - I agree... does not makes sense to tie you at home all day; they are trying to be as INCONVENIENT as they possibly can be... I bought a dishwasher from Costco... They called and said they will deliver between 8:30am and 10;30am and they called again and said they will install between 3:30pm - 6:30pm .. . So they are making sure you CANNOT do anything all day because they are delivering a dishwasher.In my case; they said delivered in the morning and said they will install and haul the old dishwasher between 3:30pm - 4:00pm.. Installer called and came at 4:00pm - after 2 minutes; I was rudely asked to shut down power and water which was OK and I did it.. and installer immediately told he can not install due to pipes and I have to change all my plumbing :) and left... Called their office immediately but they were closed at 4:00pm on Friday ... left 5 voicemail but no return call.I got stock with a huge dishwasher in my tiny kitchen. - if they have told me they cant install; I would not even take it..called their office next day... After bouncing around; I was connected to D.B - a manager or owner ? not sure ? Didnt even listen what happened.End up spending all week-end with a huge dishwasher in the kitchen.PS: I am not going to go to COVID non precaution - They DO NOT use Shoe Covers or Gloves at all... they had mask
On September 29, Quality Kitchens installed a dishwasher for Best Buys. The installer left a mess, but more importantly, broke a tile. Quality kitchens denied they did any damage.However, contractors are supposed to first verify and note that there is no obvious damage--they didnt. I have extra tile so it is not believable that I would not have replaced the tile.While is not that expensive to replace, I am in the process of filing suit, against both Best Buys and Quality Kitchens. This kind of behavior can not be tolerated.
Installed a new dishwasher for a property we manage. Dishwasher was purchased AJ Madison. Installers Dennis and Josh were on time, very professional and informative.
They delivered our stove, dishwasher, and dryer with install. They arrived early, which was great, and were finished in under an hour. Super friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable, covid compliant, and used mats to protect our floors.
The people who installed our stove last summer charged us additional $80, citing that additional personnel will come to inspect and provide permit for our gas stove. However, no one ever came.I continued to smell gas in the kitchen and contacted Washington Gas. Their inspector came and said there is a slow gas leak from the junction from the appliance to the wall (which Quality Kitchens had installed).These people are frauds and not accountable.
I called Quality Kitchens after a horrible experience with another installation company. I was desperately Googling and calling other places trying to find someone to help me. I wasnt even reading reviews, and Im so glad I didnt. How this place has a rating this low Ill never understand. They were AMAZING! Scheduling was a breeze, and they were clear from the start with what to expect and when. Joe and his partner showed up early, got the job done in one trip (despite it being more involved than they originally realized) and were so very kind. They were the one-stop-shop I had been dreaming of! They hauled away my old oven, installed the new one and the above-the-range microwave, ran the new electrical, even fixed some old electrical problems they discovered along the way, and charged me a fair price. They cleaned up after themselves and did a phenomenal job. I am so thankful to these guys and will use them in the future and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much!!

Amazing experience, they truly went the extra mile. Outstanding service and professionalism. I met them via Best Buy, they installed in my house a custom made panel dishwasher and an electrical outlet. They checked my other dishwasher and repair an small leak.
Given a delivery/installation window of 2-5pm but still waiting for them to give a call (30 min notice before they arrive).Called company but was given the rude response that Ill be called when they are about to arrive.Now if they show at my house well beyond the promised window Im going to ask them to come another day or cancel the order completely.
We bought a new washer and dryer from Best Buy and they were the subcontractors for the install. And I gotta tell you, I was apprehensive, and filled with dread after reading all the reviews. Well, maybe we just got lucky but Jonathan and his partner did a fine job. They were on time and very polite. They did ask for a fee to file a Fairfax county permit, but when you work with with natural gas you need one.They also said our gas valve was not up to code. Considering the fact that its 54 years old I didnt really argue the point. They replaced it cheaply.Appliances were installed correctly and they were professional and courteous. No complaints here.
If you view my other reviews you will see that I have gone through some truly horrid experiences with other home improvement and installation companies.I parsed other feedback and decided that negative feedback was from people who expected the world from what they paid for via best buy.It appears there are many silly people who expect to be treats like kings and queens in the DC area.What a demanding bunch of customers. Ugh.So I discarded all that feedback as unreliable.I hired Quality Kitchens based on the intelligent reviews from other sites online.My experience today was fantastic.The job turned out to be a complete headache for the guys because the instructions for the hood vent I bought myself were the wrong instructions.Im so pleased with the result.But Im a polite, non-insane customer so things worked out since I dont have an awful attitude.The guys acted extremely professional and did a great job cleaning up.Top notch work.Will suggest to everyone who needs professional installation services.
Quality kitchens was on point for scheduling and arrived to deliver on time. I dont understand all these bad reviews. Chas was really fun to deal with and a really experienced installer. he put my over range microwave and dishwasher in with ease.really awesome definitely will use again.
I put the review on Yelp and decided put on Google too.Worst experiences.. I seldom leave reviews online but I have to do it at this time. We ordered Kitchen Aid appliances from Best Buy. Quality Kitchens supposed to install a cook top, a dish washer, and a double wall oven on Sat (12/8/2018) but they did not bring the dish washer. So, I asked the installer and he said that it was not on his list and didnt want to help me out. I didnt understand why it was not on his list because I got a confirmation call from Quality Kitchens and same installers came to our house for pre measurement. I called Quality Kitchens but no one answered. They closed at noon on Sat.I called Best Buy and they told me that Quality Kitchens picked up the order. As of today (12/11/2018), I still dont know where dish washer is located. Best Buy is still working on this issue.Also, They didnt install the double wall oven correctly. We cant close the oven doors and got a visible dent. Best Buy told me they will exchange it for me. I am happy with Best Buy but not with Quality Kitchens. They should change their company name to Worst Kitchens
Cris and Vernon arrived promptly to install our cooktop and downdraft that we purchased from Best Buy. The downdraft was a big install and very time consuming which had been told to us prior to their arrival. Cris did a fantastic job with both installs and Vernon did a great job keeping the work area clean. They were friendly and professional and made sure everything was to our liking before they left. We would definitely use Cris and Vernon again for an appliance installation.
They are a Best Buy contractor. They delivered and installed a dishwasher that I purchased from Best Buy about 1 month ago. Socrati was the service man and he did a great job. Kudos!
Phil from Quality Kitchens did a very professional job installing our Whirlpool gas dryer and upgrading the gas valve for the dryer.Quality Kitchens also completed the safety inspection with Washington Gas Company and provided the required permit.
Ordered a new washer and dryer from Best Buy. Quality Kitchens did the delivery and install of the pair. The two men that showed up were very nice and professional. They upgraded our gas shut of valve and the work they did looked really nice. The county inspector came the next day and everything passed inspection. They removed all the trash and the old machines.
We just bought several appliances from Best Buy and had it delivered by Quality Kitchens. I also was a bit worried from the past comments about the service provided by Quality Kitchens hired by Best Buy to do the installation. Nelson and Vernon were absolutely professional and the quality of service was exceptional. We were told by Best Buy that our delivery time would be between 12-4 and Quality Kitchens had a reminder call 2 days prior and Nelson and Vernon had called several times from early morning to afternoon to let us know when they would approximately arrive. They worked very well together and were very knowledgeable of the products they were installing. They also had no issues hauling away our old appliances. Our experience was very positive. Thank you for your services!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had several installation issues with Quality Kitchens, from incorrect pre-measuring that created holes in my cabinetry that they will not fix, to faulty installation that caused damage to my wood floor. The customer service is non-existent and they are unwilling to fix any issues that they have caused. As I did not choose them, rather they are the installation company Best Buy uses, I will ensure that whatever contract exists is terminated. Their poor work ethic and customer service should not be rewarded. Their management is rude and condescending. If you have a choice, avoid this company at all costs...as it will end up costing you.
Extremely poor service...trust me, you will be much better off to stay away from this place !
Never use this company. Or sears. Every horror story on this review page is true. The company is rude and abusive. Top to bottom. To cap it off, they try to extort extra $$ from you for services for which you have already paid—they did that to me and clearly it’s a trend. If you try to complain, they become abusive. If you try to get information, they become abusive. If you try to get a word in edgewise, they just keep screaming at you. Find any other company.
Personally I enjoyed the service and the folks I spoke with specifically German! Very relatable I’m glad I received the service little kinks to workout but overall I would recommend this place to a friend!
Purchased kitchen appliance set from Costco, Quality kitchens was third party contractor for the installation of the dishwasher and microwave (refrigerator and oven are installed by the delivery contractor). Chris and Neal did a really nice job for the installation.

I hoping for a better out come after a full resolution to my issues. But like most of the reviewers. BUYER BE WARE!!!I purchased a gas range from Costco. And this company was supposed to haul away the old stove and install the new stove.When the appointment was made I specifically asked if there were permit fees and if the company was prepared to remove the old stove.I was assured their were no additional charges and the crew would remove the old stove.On the day for delivery. The installation people arrived to my home before the scheduled time, and when I told them I was en route to my home, the person thought he had hung up and said they were going to leave. I immediately called the company and informed them of the situation.Once the installation team was in my home they began to demand $90 before they would do any work. I told them I need an explanation as to why they needed the money. The installation person refused to provide the information and said they were leaving if I wasnt going to pay. I told them to wait until I called Costco to get clarification since everything was supposed to be included in the price I paid.Instead of waiting for me to call Costco, they ran out of my house without taking the old stove and without installing the new stove.After several hours of working with Costco customer service, they have promised to resolve the issues by sending out a different company to remove the old stove and reimbursement for permit fees.I would not have had a problem paying for the permit fees if the installation people could explain why they were demanding $90.00 and if they had waited 5 minutes for me to call and get an answer from Costco.The haul away for a stove does not require a permit and for them to run out of my home without even completing half of the job they were already paid to complete was unprofessional and very poor customer service.Costco, Best Buy, and Sears need to find a better subcontractor to complete the installation of major appliances.
I rarely write a negative comment about customer service of a business, but this situation takes the cake. Recently this folk installed an appliance in my home. Unfortunately, it was not done properly and damaged my property. Their customer services and quality control doesn’t exist. They probably don’t care, since they are the only installer contractor for Sears. We all know Sears is heading towards oblivion…Sad to see an American icon company go that route. Going back to Quality Kitchen company, is just not worth it, even if it is for free.
Beware and stay away!!! They deliver for Best Buy as a sub contractor. The installer was absolutely insane. He was yelling at me in my kitchen, when I asked him to calm down, he told me he would not, continued yelling to the point I wondered if I should call police. I asked him the number for his manager and his response was: here it is, I dont care if you call him. So I did call his manager, who in turn told me pretty much this: if I did not like the service I should tell them to leave the place. There was no apologies of any kind from the installer or the manager or the company. This place does not deserve even one star.
The worst customer service! The big box stores use them as subcontractors to do installs. Quality Kitchens customer service even gave me fake names ... they all seem to have the last name of Brown. I called and cancelled the installation and will reorder the product and find my own installer. Honestly I do not understand how they can be in business!
The rep who schedules the appointments (Layla) is the most rude individual ever and unfortunately the manager is no better. (Phil Brown) II wouldn let them install anything in my house even if they paid me to do it. They are contractors hired by Sears to install refrigerators and ice maker lines. When I spoke to Layla, and mentioned that I had an issue with waiting until the day before installation to find out my appt. window, she said well too bad no one else seems to have a problem with it. When I complained to the manager he didnt even want to hear what I had to say and he hung up before I even had a chance to cancel my appointment which I had called back immediately and cancelled. They will never get my money. They need to get out of the business!!! If I could give them a zero I would put it as an option.
I had to give them this one star just to write this review. If they had a tip of a star i would not give it to this company. This company is SO unprofessional. And they dont care about your time and there call center is a BIG joke. I brought a hood range from Sears and they were to do the installation keep in mine I brought this on 1/15/2019 and as of today 2/26/2019 I still dont have my hood install. These people reschedule me 4 times and the last time 5 minutes before my appointment I got a call that the guy got hurt and would not be able to make it. My time window was 3:00pm-6:00pm. I would not request this place to NO ONE! I would go to youtube and do it myself if they was the last company around.
Extremely difficult to work with. These guys are sub contractors for Sears. We bought installation services from Sears for all kitchen applicances and these guys were supposed to install the dishwasher and range hood. while Sears promised installation on a certain day, these guys call me and postpone it by 10 more days. Basically take it or leave it. We dont care what Sears says we will come on this day and let you know the time a day earlier.On the appointed day, the tech did not install the dishwasher. He was in a hurry and made an excuse that the valve is rusted and needs to turn off the main and therefore the water to the main building needs to be turned off. ( we live in a Condo). unfortunately I was not there to tell him that he could turn off the water near the water heater ( yes even the cold water) .. so he left with the job half done. when I called the company to reschedule, the CSR was extremely rude and scheduled the reinstall further 10 days later. When I requested an earlier date, I was yelled at and threatened that it she would schedule it even later.. again take it or leave it attitude.To sum up, they have a steady business somehow won from Sears. There is a lot of work and they do not feel the need for customer service because work keeps on trickling in through sears. They dont have to keep the customer happy because the repercussions of bad customer service and shoddy work is reflected on Sears and not them.So bottom line, if you are in the D.C. Metro area, do not buy installation services from Sears because you will be dealing with these people.
My wife purchased a gas stove from Sears yesterday and this company called this morning and identified themselves as the subcontractor for the installation. The person was overtly aggressive, bombastic and didactic immediately into the call; cut-off any questions and lectured me about Sears ineptitude as if I represented Sears by purchasing an appliance from them. When I disputed some information about the charges on the order, she yelled at me then hung up the phone. I have asked my wife to cancel the stove order with Sears based on the poor subcontractor service theyve hired. Quality was not on display this morning. RF

THEIR DELIVERY WORKERS JUST STOLE FROM US!!! We got a complete refund from samsung themselves, and so the old oven was OUR PROPERTY. Upon delivering the new oven, they insisted to my father, WHO IS OLD AND HAS A LEARNING DISABILITY, that they had to take ALL OF THE PARTS AND ATTACHMENTS FROM THE OLD OVEN, INCLUDING BROILER PANS WHICH WERE NOT EVEN PART OF THE OVEN. THEY REFUSED TO BELIEVE WE GOT A REFUND. So imagine my surprise when I come home from grocery shopping to find that MY oven attachments had been STOLEN. On top of that THEY DID NOT EVEN LEVEL THE NEW OVEN. IT WOBBLES WHEN I TOUCH IT. So they did not only STEAL FROM MY FAMILY, but also quality kitchens DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO INSTALL THE OVEN AT ALL.Honestly though, if I dont see my oven parts within the week, Im filing a police report for theft.If you have family that is elderly or disabled avoid this company like the plague. They WILL steal from them and take advantage of them.

I purchased a dishwasher from Sears on May 14, 2018. Product was delivered damaged. I called multiple time for a status and the same response - its on its way. Finally, the Rep began yelling at me when I asked for a status, and I reminded her that I am the customer - her response I dont care. Its evident they dont care neither does Sears and Best buy care if they continue to use them as a third party vendor.
Horrible experience! A tech arrived in the most horrific mood. He refused to install the appliance rightaway saying I should call the salesperson because Im the engineer, I do this daily I know this will not fit the spaceI spent 40minutes speaking with the sales rep who said our previous appliance is the same brand and he sells them daily. He was confident.The tech spoke very rudely and said blah blah blah blah while the salesman was speaking on my cells speakerphoneNext he said that if the new appliance wouldnt fit he will not reinstall our old one which meant we would have to stay without food until this one was returned and a new one ordered and delivered/installed.After several more minutes of arguing he unboxed the new one. He was grumbling and mumbling continously. He didnt know how to follow instructions from the manual. The appliance got stuck but fit perfectly into our space unlike he had argued!After several more minutes he was able to get it done. He was ordering us around the house saying go close the electric breaker go switch it onRefuse Quality Kitchen!
I am not one to usually write a review, but I would have to agree with the other complaints about this company. They are a sub contractor with Sears and they dont appear to understand the issue of customer service. The contractor takes the cooktop out and then says the new one wont fit. We will have to cut the granite. We are on a tight schedule so we cant do that today.I called the company to speak with management about the fact that the install was scheduled more than 3 weeks ago and there was never any discussion about what type of counter top it was or any special considerations that may come up. Management stated that this is on the customer and that happens all of the time. When I told her that the delay to make an appt for someone to come out and measure and then another appt for another install creates a major inconvenience of 3 visits for one install, she stated this happens all of the time and she has not received any complaints that people have a problem with it.She was rude and condescending. I guess because they make money from sub contracting with Sears that the customer is not theres, but Sears. Stay away from this business and ask Sears who there sub contractor is before purchasing.
Stay away from them! They have the worst work ethic and customer service ever. I ordered a vent hood from Sears who thy contract with for installation. First attempt: they arrived 30 min after the assigned time window, only to tell me the hood was damaged. I rescheduled and the second time they arrived an hour before the start of my time window (2-4 pm) when I wasnt home, calling to give me a 15 min heads up! By the time I checked my phone and called back at 2 pm they didnt answer. When I finally got someone on the line, they lied saying they had called with a 30 min heads up and had waited till 2:10 pm and rudely refused to return the same day. I had to call Sears and apparently they had already charged Sears a service fee and didnt answer Sears customer service calls either. If you are ordering something from Sears, be sure to go with different installers.
This company is a nightmare I am stuck with them because of Sears . They canceled my order for a delivery schedules for two months a head because my house was being built they checked the order hello and I want to Sears to take advantage of Black Friday sale BIG MISTAKE so those ppl called me a day after to schedule delivery plus installation I said to deliver where to unfinished home are u kidding me so they canceled my order and I have to go through Sears I was in the phone w four ppl somewhere overseas no clue thats outsourcing for you and a visit to the store to refund me and recharge again in order to generate a new order for them to come out so I basically spent my day off for the holidays trying to figure where and how to reschedule delivery and installation again and I have ordered four appliances from Sears it was going to be a long shot without going insane to get them delivered and install after I read others reviews sound exactly how the ppl where answering the phone and how they handled my request I know dealing w ppl is not easy thing but my intake on this they shouldnt be in this business because ppl paying big bucks to them to get the job done they are not doing a charity service to treat ppl poorly .
DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Be AWARE. A technician was supposed to come to house and install a dishwasher. They were hired from Sears. The technician called me with a terrible attitude when I said Ill be there in time to meet him. When I called to tell him Ill be 10 min later he screamed at me over the phone about waiting at house for 10 mins. He got in my face and refused to install the dishwasher. He tried to leave without installing the dishwasher. I had to call his manager to get him to leave me the dishwasher. he threw the dishwasher in my garage and left almost hitting my car.it was the worst experience i have ever had with a company. never use this company. be aware when you buy appliances from sears. this is who they use exclusively.

Absolutely terrible customer service! The agents were rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. I cancelled my order with Sears because I do not want any product handled by this company. This is why Sears is going out of business, they use people like this.

ZERO - Worst Business Ever- Manager Phillip Brown and his team were so rude and disrespectful to me. Telling me that i had no choice of time pick up. I would go pick up the appliance my self then go though these people. They SUCK.
This company is probably one of the reasons why Sears is on the verge of bankruptcy. It took a long time to schedule a delivery, I told them the days and times there is no one home, then they leave a message with a delivery exactly when there is no one home, and of course when I call back I get a voice mail. I just cancelled the entire order. STAY AWAY.
