This company leases good quality printers and provides fantastic service. Today their technician Thomas came out to our office and serviced one of the two printers we have. The service was top notch and he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

Technical service was excellent and the customer service and prompt arrival was way above average. We called for a problem with toner and the problem was fixed, new part installed, machine cleaned (inside and out) and serviced and new software upgrade installed. The copier was working better than when it was new when the technician (Jonathan) was done.

I’m the owner of Anointed Press Graphics, Inc., and have been blessed to be in business for 17 years. Nauticon is the 5th Printer Dealership company I have dealt with and they have been the BEST by far in customer service. EVERYONE I have dealt with has been polite, customer oriented and very accommodating when their is an issue. They BY far speaks volumes to me. Nauticon is the best. I made a business service call for a general setup and they came the same day. The first service rep did his part, told me that the other job was service by another person. He put the call in and an hour later this gentle drove from a call in DC to Maryland to fix my problem. That was amazing because you dont get that type of turnaround within the same day.My hat goes off to Nauticon and this isnt the first time theyve proven themselves to be efficient. I would highly recommend any business switching to Nauticon, so that they can receive excellent service.

Great service. Great Team. Weve been with Nauticon for almost 2 years and are tremendously happy with their service. I would highly recommend working with them if you are in need of copiers / IT service / Network Management. I normally work with Dan, Dave, Andrew, Vichai and James, and they are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.We went through an extended power outage and Dave was on the phone with me for the better part of 2 hours and walked me through what to do with the server. He was extremely patient and encouraging, and I honestly could not have asked for better service in such a terrible situation. I would give more stars if I could. Hats off to all of the team members at Nauticon.

Love the customer service. Everyone from the sales to the supplies departments are always professional and do all they can and more to be helpful. When we need service (which doesnt happen often) they make it a priority to have someone out to us within an hour our two.

My company has been using Nauticon for at least 10 years, maybe more and simply put, they are fantastic. Not only does our sales rep, Sam Sammy Burtnick gives us good prices, but their printers and copiers are great too. Probably the best thing about them is their customer service. When we need a service technician, they get out here, pronto.And, they did not pay me to say this and Im not related to any of their employees! I am giving you an honest assessment of Nauticon and all of their employees who have helped my company out over the years.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to lease copiers. In addition to being responsive to our needs from a billing perspective, their service to the machines we lease is fast and reliable. We all know that sometimes copier get a staple stuck in them and things of that nature. We have never been down more than a few hours. Wonderful working with them.

Service Engineer, Behrooz Shojanezhad:I like him a lot. He is a very knowledgeable and caring technician.He is professional and fast with any repair, polite during his visit and he always would clean out after himself, leaving No mess after his repairs.He proved it again during his recent visit to fix one of our 4 copiers.I am very glad to have him as an our technician from Nauticon.Nauticon as a service provider:We are their clients(copiers lease, supplies and maintenance agreement) from 2010. Field Engineer Great Service!Although Bruce came to assist with a stapling problem we had with the printer, which we found to be a minor issue. After determining we had simply run out of staples, the customer service he provided, after determining the issue, was exceptional. He cleaned and checked all parts of the machine to make sure we didnt have any other underlying problems. We even went through printing and copying before he left.He updated the firmware on the machine and even walked me through updating the driver on my laptop.He was AWESOME! Just wanted to let you know we valued his expertise and the additional support he provided.

Great experience with these guys. The sales staff was very prompt and provided an honest quote. The installation staff were stellar. We had a few network issues that were no fault of Nauticon, but the Nauticon guy stuck around all day and helped us solve it and got our two printers/copiers/scanners/faxes online and working.

I own a small property management company and started looking into a printing service once I realized I was spending way too much on inc, paper and individual printers for my staff. One of my staff members suggested i call Kha from Nauticon and I am glad I did! Kha and his partner came to my office, evaluated what I am currently spending on printing and showed me how I can save money by leasing a machine. I was sold immediately, signed the contract and got my Toshiba e-studio4518a delivered and installed immediately. We couldnt be happier with the printer and Nauticon. Dear Mr. Vinh Phan,Hello, Our Church in Bethesda currently have a Toshiba Printer Leased from Nauticon.We had several issues with the printer and its software. I placed a call last Friday to get service done on the printer. I was pleasantly surprised that your technician (Senior Technician, Mr. Jonathon Kennedy) arrived about two hours after the call and was very thorough with his work.After he explained in detail the problem with the printer, he went out of his way and called his colleague to remotely access the computer and fixed the software problem too. Nauticon, and specifically Behrooz--aka Bruce-- our office technican, saved the day when our Toshiba e-Studio broke. We had a huge print job that was in danger of getting canceled, and Bruce came bright and early in the morning, immediately diagnosed and explained how he would repair the problem. He drove hours to get replacement parts and supplies and installed them the same day. He was prompt, efficient, courteous and kind. He even gave me a brief history lesson! I highly recommend Nauticon, and I commend their commitment to customer service.

The Toshiba copiers that Nauticon deals in are very nice copiers. The Nauticon folks make it easy to keep up with toner and supply needs through an automated system. Toner just shows up when needed, as if by magic! Service calls can be placed over the web, which is great for those days when having to make even one more phone call, seems like one phone call too many!

We switched from another company to Nauticon before our contract had finished. We were able to get a better rate than the previous company. The Toshiba works very well and much less of all those previous jam problems. When we need supplies or service, it is very easy to get in touch. And now that they implemented an online method to check on supplies and number of copies, it makes life a lot easier. Color copiers can be a real hassle for any business. Nauticon lets me concentrate on my business and I am no longer the copier repairman.

Good Afternoon,I would just like to let you know what an excellent Field Service Engineer Behrooz Shojanezhad or Bruce (as I know him) is.Our copier was jamming all morning. We could not find the source of the jam. And of course there was a big meeting to prepare for.I could not tell you the relief I felt, when Bruce walked through the door! Good afternoon, Mr. Phan - the reason for my email is to thank you for having Payman, one of your technicians for coming to my rescue on Friday, May 17. My Toshiba was having some jamming problems, which he helped resolved. But what impressed me more was the fact that he met me at the church at 6:00 PM on a Friday evening! I had to pick up my grandson andreturn to the church. When I returned he was waiting for me. I was so overjoyed that he made and kept his commitment to come out to help me. He came all the way from Gaithersburg, MD to far southeast DC.He was very kind and mannerable. I was very impressed with his knowledge and abilities. Nauticon is a fantistic company to work with. We started using them several years ago leasing printers and have always been impressed with the way they do business. They recently rolled out an IT division as we have struggled for years to find a truly good IT company, so when we heard about it we set up an appointment to see what they had to offer. Lauren was great. She asked questions and really focused on us and what our needs were. She proposed a solution, and then her team delivered it. Bottom line, Nauticon does what they say, cares about their customers, communicates well, and are great people to work with. They introduced us to new tools that have saved us time and money and they train us on all of it. We havent looked back.

This company has been the absolute worst to deal with. We have 4 machines that are not in use and I cannot get them to pick them up nor be removed from our monthly bill. Response to calls and emails from Sam Burke (Vice President) are painfully slow and unprofessional. When asking for a buy out amount so that we can get out of our contract, we were given an exorbitant amount. We have been a customer for well over 10 years and when we ask to either remove some machines or let us out of our contract we were met with resistance and unprofessional-ism.

Weve been leasing an office machine with Nauticon since November 2012 when we upgraded our Konica Minolta to a new Toshiba copier. The salesman was extremely helpful and worked out a fantastic deal for us which saved us money over our previous lease. Nauticon bought out our old lease, which still had a few months left on it, then stored the old copier for us and took care of returning the copier to the original lease company.The installation team worked with my IT team to ensure that the system was properly installed on our network, and even worked with our software company to work out some kinks when we encountered an issue that caused some issues when printing jobs from our firms software.The service team is extremely responsive and can generally come out on a same day call if an issue arises. I do not fault Nauticon for issues with the machine, they dont build them after all. But I do praise them for being able to handle any repair or service job weve thrown at them in a timely manner.Overall, I would recommend Nauticon to anyone in the market for a new copier.

As the Director of Administration and Compliance, I had the responsibility of dealing with NLSPs facility issues and vendors, for the best value. NLSP has leased its copiers from Nauticon for the past 5 to 6 years. Their service has been great. Indeed, during the past year, we have experienced problems with our internal technology, which negatively impacted on our printing abilities. The responsiveness of Nauticon during this time has been quite beneficial and hands-on. Their technicians have been great, in response time and in proactive assistance. I am quite pleased with the service that NLSP has received from Nauticon.
