I Iove buying my shoes at Fleet Feet because the foot scan gave me an accurate reading of the type of shoe and the size of shoe I should be wearing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I have been there, I have felt valued as a customer and have felt like the only customer in the store, even though there may be other customers. The staff are always smiling and seem like they enjoy their job. They care about my experience there and make sure that I leave with the perfect shoes for me! I love the socks too and love that the sales associates suggest what kind of socks I should get. I never knew that socks could make such a huge difference until I started shopping at Fleet Feet for my shoes. I also love that they are buy 3, get one pair free. The Fleet Feet rewards program is also a huge bonus and keeps me coming back to Fleet Feet for all my running needs.

The staff at this store were great. They were very knowledgeable and honest—telling me what I needed but, more importantly, what I didn’t need.They had a wide selection of shoes that were competitively priced. I also took advantage of their clothing and accessories.The store was exceptionally clean and I felt very safe as everyone from staff to customers were appropriately masked. Fantastic experience at Fleet Feet. Originally was a customer before they reopened and was bummed when they closed last year. So happy they’re back in the area. I made an appointment online for Saturday at opening, showed up and received excellent service throughout. Went through the 3D scan fit process and walked out with a pair of Brooks and insoles. We brought them back to the store, returned them with no problem, described the issues he was having, and the associate found us a different brand with more room in the front of the shoe to avoid this problem. OMG!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! The foot print analysis was spot on in determining the correct shoe for me. I was helped by Lizzy who was so patient and listened to what I needed in a running shoe ( Im a new runner). She did not rush me at all, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. We visited this store today to see if I could find some orthopedic shoes that would work with my custom ankle foot orthotics. I had appointment at 4:30 pm for custom insoles pressure scanner not working, they haven’t informed me ahead of time, they wasted my time, I never recommend fleet feet.

When you go to a running store, what youre really looking for is customer service. You can buy running gear anywhere, but what you need is guidance about what would be best for your individual needs. The customer service here is fast and thorough. No one pressures you, but they will guide you to the right items.

Staff was very helpful in helping me choose just the right shoe for my needs. And they keep a history of your information for future needs. I find that to be helpful, as well. Its the only place Ill buy my shoes from now on.

This place deserves six stars. I wouldn’t risk buying shoes online without proper fitting. They know their products and do not pressure and will spend all the time with you. They also have an online program showing all purchases. You will not be sorry coming here.

According to my husband who is a runner, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They understand running and walking shoes. Its a no pressure store with staff who want to make sure you are purchasing the best shoes for your feet. The store is clean and neat and not so vast that it is overwhelming. Great local store that beats the big box stores.

I really appreciate the Fleet Feet process. When I walk in the store Im greeted by a friendly employee who walks me through all the necessary steps that lead to a purchase. I needed a pair of trail shoes during my most recent visit and felt no pressure to purchase any particular brand or style. I love that each interaction begins with a high-tech measuring process to determine exactly what size shoe we should start with, as opposed to sticking with a particular brand. Although the shoes are a little pricey, I know Im getting some of the highest quality shoes with wonderful customer service to boot. Keep up the good work!

Great place to find shoes from a very educated staff! Matt was great. I’ve had foot issues, so it’s important for me to have a real expert and not just a clerk. Paid the same I would have online or a big box store, with much more value in the service.

Got my running shoes here. They spent time measuring my feet and see how I walk, then give their assessments, plus which shoes they recommend based on those assessments. Very easy process. I visited during the afternoon so it was just myself and another customer. Ive been using the shoes for the past 2 months and am very happy so far with the choice.

This is the type of local business that you feel proud to support. They host a tone of events and fund raisers for the local community. I do their weekly fun runs on Thursdays. It also helps that they often have some really good discounts and sales on items, especially as the seasons change. I could get my shoes for slightly cheaper online, but I prefer to buy from Fleet Feet to support a GREAT local business and local jobs.

I love Fleet Feet and have been coming to them for almost a decade! They are different than other shoe stores in that they choose shoes based on your foot anatomy. They use 3D imaging and observe your walk/run outside or on a treadmill. They consider factors like arch height, heel width, and stride type in order to get a shoe that matches your body and your activity type. I have always received comfortable shoes and insoles from them and have been able to alleviate knee and ankle pain in my twice weekly 3-5mile runs. They stand by their products and I have never met at Fleet Feet employee who did not amaze me with their friendliness! 100% worth the extra money. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Service from Chris was great. It was the most Ive ever spent on a pair of shoes but it was worth it to get things right and, again, because of the service. Good balance of trying to suggest additional products that would actually be helpful but also not being too pushy about it.

My store for athletic shoes for more than 10 years. They are attentive, helpfu,l and best of all, very knowledgeable.

The staff didnt just try to sell me what I was looking for but actually was interested in why I was purchasing my items. Then they attempted to assist me with my fitness goals. Unfortunately, the training programs do not fit with my current life situation but it is something that I do want to get involved in in the future. The fact that the company is locally owned makes their interest in my world all the better.

I have never been in the store when it has been crowded, but I would imagine that the next available member would be willing and able to assist me. I’ve purchased multiple shoes, equipment and other accessories here and usually receive excellent. Walked into the store today and there were three employees working. The two guys didn’t greet us or anything even though they looked straight at us when we walked into the store. They proceeded to spend the entire time watching the football game from behind the counter as if there were in a bar. The lady who did look into one brand of shoes for us basically told us they didn’t have the size we wanted and didn’t take it any further than that. Didn’t ask if we would want to try another brand, didn’t offer to call another close by store to check on their inventory, or even be helpful in seeing if we’d want to order the shoe and return it if it didn’t fit well. Pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service today.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Customer service is 10/5 stars, no joke. Every 5 star review is 100% accurate.

I am an active person so I wear my sneakers out easily in 6 months, however; this pair I purchased, lasted an entire year. I am going back for a new pair. They pay special attention to how you walk, the size of your feet, arch support, cushioning, etc etc the price is a little expensive but I believe its totally worth it. Its rare for a store to really know what athletic shoe lends itself to what activity. Being new to crossfit, I had an idea of what I was looking for but the comparison of available styles and fit made me feel like I was getting true value for my money, not just a shot in the dark based on an online review.

This is what I just sent to the store: I wanted to add that I continue to be very happy knowing youall are there and taking good care of your customers. I first heard of you from my podiatrist, when I asked him about my brothers difficulty in finding narrow mens sports shoes. Brother and I have since come back many times to update shoes and occasionally try something new. For instance, both he and I (for some reason!) were dealing with plantar fasciitus(sp) at one point; your rep advised us of the special sandels, which we both continue to use since theyre the difference between pain and gettin around. Most recently, KEVIN was the newest (to me) Fleet Feet rep to make my life much easier. I really needed to update my exercise shoes. He re-checked my size (which few stores seem to do anymore), asked me a few questions, advised me about fit, and zeroed in on a few shoes that seemed best for me. Of course I bought the prettiest ;], but they also fit quite nicely and the step-up in comfort reminds me why we need to update these things! So thank you all, most recently Kevin, for saving me from stumbling around boxes in a department store trying out so many shoes and still ending up feeling like Im not sure I got the best for me. You guys, on the other hand, help me get what I need and like, AND you save me time AND Kevin (as with all your reps) was professional, capable, and very nice.

I like the extra attention given to make sure the customer is leaning towards or at the least, will be maintaining optimum health. I once had a problem with plantar faphaceitis, and the customer service rep taped my foot before fitting me into the shoe that would better improve my overall health. Its been a few months now, and Im practically pain free! I keep coming back to renew my sneakers at Feet Fleet, Gaithersburg, because I want to stay that way. Ridiculously good service, and not just for the typical shoe sizing...A few months ago, I had terrible plantar fasciitis... before going to my doctor, I went to Fleet Feet and asked if they had any thoughts. Kanayo gave me a compression sock and shoe inserts and I went from barely being able to walk to feeling pretty decent overnight. The owners are great people and hire fantastic staff. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my athletic shoes.

I am an overweight young woman who you would never know actually used to train others in strength training. I have committed to training for a 5k and needed shoes. Im typically all but impossible to fit because I have wide feet. I was greeted by Chris who was open and friendly and felt confident he could help. He took time to fit me with ther most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. My apprehension about judgement melted away and now thst have a lifetime customer. Chris, you rock and hope your boss sees this and knows the asset you are. All the other customers seemed to be having great attention by other employees as well.

Incredibly knowledgeable! I learned a lot and I can already feel the benefits of properly fitted sneakers with orthotics, not to mention the ooflos slippers which feel like I’m walking on clouds!!!I am on my feet a lot and defintley work them hard. In addition, my ooflos are perfect after a tough Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training session or putting in some time on the treadmill!
