Friendly staff and helpful, limited selection because small town store but I did find what I needed!

This has to be the best Joann fabrics that weve ever been to. The management is just great and very friendly.

Everyone working there is awsome. I am sad to see not a lot of inventory. Makes me sad because i love going there! Every time i go now everyone is so beyond helpful I was just there today thank you so much

The employees were helpful and friendly, and the store, although full, was easy to shop. My friend and I spent way more than we planned, but we had a good time :-)

Some of the most helpful workers Ive ever witnessed! They are very patient and when I told them I was just using the fabric for a project they wanted to know more just to help out more! Very neat and organized!

Dotti helped us get a sewing machine. As we were looking at the remaining one on the shelf, wondering if it was worth the price, Dotti swept in checked the price and announced it was on sale. She went on to detail the features and benefits, noting it’s the same machine she uses at home. Dotti then proceeded to draw out the best way to thread the machine for a larger spool. This whole interaction was less than seven minutes and my husband and I agreed that Dotti was the most helpful, efficient, and bubbly person we’ve met!

I highly recommend downloading the all. There are always coupons and you get notified of the amazing holiday sales! I always get great service and love shopping here. Im able to get what I need, and find other good finds within my budget. Or even less!

They never have what Im looking for

Variety of craft items from fabric, notions, yarn, embroidery floss, as well as many craft items as well as projects. The store is nicely organized with the aisles well spaced to navigate with a cart.

Alwsys new items. I am a recently widower. No skills. They were helpful finding customers to help finish some knitting and needlepoint projects that my deceased wife started for grandchildren. The grandchildren appreciated the gifts from their grandmother. So meaningful

Its nice we have some kind of sewing and craft store. Just small and not much for selections. I wish we had a Michaels or Hobby Lobby. But for what JoAnns is pretty good.

I live a hour from galesburg and I love your place. I do have a small problem there . There is one older lady at the cash register and when ever I get her I never get to use all my coupons. Today my bill was over 50 should of took 10 off but instead she used my 50 percent off 1st and that put me under 50 so she just said I got the 5 off for over 35 but she only gave me 3.17 off it was to crazy to understand and at this point I just wanted out of there. Very confusing. . Its not the money its that it happens evertime with her. If there going to run the cash register they should no how to do coupons!!! Thanks

This store is pretty small. There is obviously a ton of fabric options, but not actually much in the way of other craft supplies. Staff is friendly and the store is clean.

Staff is nice, but dont feel like they have a large selection of artificial flowers to choose from and often find myself having to make trips to other stores.

A wide variety of goods. Most things are way overpriced to accomodate for deep sales. Friendly service. Lines at fabric counter are usually long and require a wait. Good beading selection and house decour. Nice selection of fabrics.

The staff was great. But you still do not have scrubbies yarn or cotton yarn in Christmas Green. Have been looking for it since the first of September.

They have a good selection of crafting items and the staff is always willing to help with whatever project youre working on.

Friendly staff and a decent selection of crafting and other household needs. Prices are a bit high but they have great sales as they cycle through their seasonal inventory.

Not happy with any of the areas Joanns (Davenport IA, Moline & Galesburg IL) no choices is types of fabric. They are basically a quilt and craft store. Basically they are a small high priced version of Hobby Lobby.

The staff are incredibly helpful and the stock is great for a crafter! Make sure you download the app as well for great coupons!
