Pleasant experience but when I got home I realized my hair is a mess. Different lengths on each side, choppy frizzy layers. Looks worse than if I did it myself.

Worse haircut I ever got. My hair is uneven and a lot shorter than wanted. One side is noticeably longer than the other and now have to pay again to have it fixed.
