I was a repeat customer.. I have had 5 tattoos at this shop. When I was in the other day the artist who usually works on me was no longer there. I went ahead and made a appointment with another artist.When I showed up for that appointment the kid was out of town on a planned trip. I went back a few days later to reschedule. He was in the middle of a tattoo we agreed he would text me with a new appointment..guess what he blew me off again.I have over 50 tattoos I have been collecting for 40 years. I have never been disrespected and treated with a total lack of professionalism in any other shop.I dont know if the tattoo I wanted was beyond the kids ability ( it wasnt a flower). Maybe its for the best dont want a poor tattoo on my hand.Needless to say I wont be go back

Change your hours to reflect when you’re actually in shop. 345 pm, locked up tight. And answer your phone so folks can know if you’re available.

I dont think theyre still in business anymore, if they are they dont care to make money and have customers. I was in Galesburg for 4 weeks and tried to go by the shop 2-3 times a week during their open hours. Noone was ever there.
