Just came in to buy grandkids shoes for our day out today. They charged my card then said it didn’t go through on their end. I show them it went through on my end but they don’t care. So I either pay double or loose out on $55 purchase. Theft at its finest

Im changing my rating from 4 to 5 because I went in there today and the sales lady was just awesome! She took her time to listen to me. I was looking for a pair of shoes on their online app because she explained that I could tell her and she could order them and have them sent to the store for me since they didnt have them in stock.She was patient, she had a good attitude with me while I was looking on my phone for the shoes that of course I couldnt find quickly. They also have really cute purses there.

Great variety and decent selection

I’m picky about shoes and I love coming here to find exactly what I need but I want to say if you get the pleasure of going in there while Tonya is working you’re in great hands. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with her and she has such a friendly smile!

Employees have a bad attitude and are unwilling to help in any way. The signage was non-descriptive and confusing. I never want to set foot in this store again.

If I could give negative stars I would!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT order shoes from this store!!! I returned a pair I received as a gift that did not fit and ordered a pair in the correct size. I watched as the employee entered MY address in the computer. After leaving I received an email confirmation for my order with my name on it but a completely different address in a completely different town. I called to have it corrected and they still sent my order to that address. I was told I would have a pair next dayed to me....that was 2 days ago and I still havent received my order however whoever got my original order has already returned them and been given a refund!!! When I confronted the manager about this her response is youve already received a refund what are you worried about...I have no refund (I dont want 1 I want what I ordered) and I dont have my item.
