The employees and BJ are very nice and polite. They are very understanding to. I never have any problems with them. Every time I call and have a question they are very polite and they answer my questions. Thank you so much Rent-A-Center employees for your kindness and knowing what you are doing.

They have really good stuff. Cell phones. If they dont have the phone your wanting they well do whatever they can to try to get for you. Thats good Business

Awful to deal with. We had credit with them from before and got a couch under the impression we were using the credit toward it. Waited till they brought the couch in to inform us that no actually the credit couldn’t be used toward the couch. Oh yeah...and they damaged the couch when they brought it in and did nothing about it. Then they start calling you about your payment when it’s not even late. Would never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone else. Guess we’ll lose our credit but honestly we’re just so relieved to be done with them.

Ex-employee. I did everything the right way, I took another job and gave them a one month notice as I was in management and assumed they would need the time. We agreed on a final day for me contingent on them finding a replacement in time. 2 days later they told me to leave and not come back, I wasnt fired they said, I quit... but I gave my new employer a start date that was a month away. In the mean time upper management had called my new employer telling them not to hire me, said some of the most immature things about me to customers and all in all tried to trash my name so I couldnt work in the industry anymore. Have you seen the movie Waiting? Where the guy goes to quit and the boss says you cant quit your fired!..... felt exactly like that.... bunch of children running that company. Rent A Center.... SELL ALREADY! Buddys would love to service your customers for you :)
