I asked about the warm snacks and was told it was chicken strips, there was no lable. When I bit into it it was actually pizza cheese sticks. When I went back to tell them, the responded rudely telling me that they didnt have cheese sticks. When I showed the clerk she was disgusted and asked if I wanted a refund. I told her I would eat them. I just wanted to let them know so it didnt get mislabeled. I was trying to be nice.

My fiance and I come in almost every morning before heading about a hour away for work. Every moring we get the same girl, I wanna say Megan? But she will look at you and just keep working until she decides she wants to come help you. When she gets the the counter she wont say a word to you and just look at you, today I finally started conversation. How are you? I asked, fine how are you she responds. Ah Im pretty good. And then she says, its been a long day. I was like its 8 am but okay. She always forgets to put the gas on our pump or straight up ignores us when we tell her about gas. Wont ask if you have a hyvee fuel saver either so you better have that out and ready for her to scan. Then she comes outside to take hits out of her vape to look at us. This girl does not put any effort into her job.

Just walked out without my items. Clerk was not wearing a mask nor gloves and had his hands all over the counter. One patron walked in with a mask, saw the clerk not wearing one and took his mask off. Another patron walked in after him without a mask at all, with no repercussions. Decided my health wasnt worth it and walked out.

The clerk was rude and they have no patience for their customers.

Pretty decent fountain selection, and their healthy snack options are huge plus. And then there is their totally yummy, fresh & warm big chocolate chip cookie! 😬
