Didn’t try to “up sell” me and was honest about quality of cheap mattresses as a warning. My kid was all over the store, but he was understanding and didn’t even say anything. Offered me a payment plan before knowing we would pay in cash. Cut us a deal on the “300 base” and the “sapphire cool phase hybrid” and even stayed after hours to let us come back with our truck and helped me load it! Great customer service here and the bed is amazing! I only wish we would’ve bought the king size vs. the queen size. Either way, we saved thousands of dollars by buying this bed and base here!

Super friendly not pushy at all trying to sell you what you dont want. He talked to us and we figured out which mattress was best for us. Definitely landed a lasting impression on us. Well definitely be back for anything else we need in that department.

Whatever you do, do not buy the cheap $300 King Mattress or any of the really cheap ones. My King i purchased in April is absolutely ruined. The middle of my mattress is caved in, i wasnt expecting much but I would of liked it to last a couple years. But, its totally destroyed, it did not hold its firm shape whatsoever. Im thoroughly disappointed. My back has never been in worse shape because of how poorly this mattress held up and how rapidly it went from new to ruined. Feels like im sleeping on the box spring. I can literally feel it through the caved in part of mattress. Essentially the entire center area of the mattress. The only thing that is firm are the edges. Dont waste your money here. Im gonna have to buy a new one soon and it will never be from Box Drop Galesburg.

The owner of the store is very friendly and very easy to work with. We bought a beautyrest king mattress for around $800 back in Feb 2020. It’s completely ruined, the top of the mattress has worn out and itand causing my husband and I horrible back pain so we had to get a new bed from another retailer. The mattress was a audrina euro top beautyrest mattress. I’m giving the place three stars because of how nice the guy was but honestly I’m disappointed with how much we spent on a mattress just to turn around and have to buy another mattress 6 months later!

My husband and I checked out the Galesburg location looking for a particular king-sized bed. Our toddler was running around crazy and the owner was totally understanding, kind, and professional. His truck was late for delivery and he was out of the mattress my husband wanted to buy, so he cut him a deal on another one and gave him a first responder’s discount. Literally saved us over a thousand dollars, we got a step up what we originally wanted, and he even helped my husband throw it on top of my truck. Highly recommend this guy! We paid it in full, all at once, but he offered to work with a payment plan before he knew we already had it covered.
