I wouldnt go anywhere else for your pool needs. They have everything and are very knowledgeable. We have been going there for our pool supplies for a long time and they have always met our needs. They test out water and tell us everything we need to do to make the water safe for swimmers and the life of our pool. Great people!!!!!

Excellent customer service. The staff there is very helpful and friendly. Ive only been using them for about a year now and happy to give them my business. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They always write down the steps we need to do to care for our pool. I normally deal with Diana which is just the nicest person. I give them five stars for their service for sure.

Nancy and all are so very helpful and knowledgeable. My pool has never been so clear and maintainable as it has been these last 3 years with them. Mart is an unbelievable wealth of knowledge and talks you through what is going on until you understand or have no more questions. They are always here whenever I need them. And they don’t try and up sell or over sell products. There is not much more to say but to say thank you!

We bought a hot tub June 2018 and we had the best experience with them. So very helpful and if you ever have a question they will do there best to help you and if they don’t they will find out for you. We where having a issue with our hot tub and they where out right away and we live 45 minutes away from them. I would absolutely recommend them so friendly so reasonable on there price and top notch company. I’m so happy I happen to find this gem.

Ive worked with Kirk for over 15 years. The kicker is that I dont have a pool or a spa; I just sometimes need chemicals for home construction et al. When I first called Kirk I explained that not only do I not have a pool or hot tub, that I probably never would. It never mattered at all. Kirk spent a lot of time understanding what my problem was and worked with me to make sure I got what I needed many times over the years and always at a decent price. He knows Ill always be a low value customer and it doesnt matter at all. There are great people out there and Kirk is definitely one of them

Great place to buy a pool. My mom bought one in 1998 and it was still up and running when she passed in 2015. Wonderfu people..Helpful with all your question and treat you like family. Even if you think its a dumb qyestion they dont and will answer it. Stop by and see this great group of people. You will not regret it.

We have had nothing but the best of service with Kirk and his crew at Tri State. I would highly recommend them for your pool needs.

Tri-States installed a new water softener for us a few months ago but had to come back later to get the old one.The day was humid and hot, 88 degrees. The old softener was very heavy and full of salt and water. Two very nice gentlemen from Tri-States emptied the old softener, dragged the inside piece of the softener out of our basement (which involved crawling under our deck with the inside piece on a handtruck) and then carried the equally heavy softener up the basement stairs and out through the front door. They also tested our water. Employees were very courteous and neat and concerned about wood floors, etc. And they were very nice to our old dog. We are very satisfied with the service and will recommend them.

They make pool maintenance easy and understandable. They actually print out the chemicals needed and directions to use them safely.

Everybody is always helpful and they take the time to teach me about keeping my pool clean. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you guys!!!
