Scotts was .. WAS a damn good place to get your mower serviced.. WAS.. steer clear if you dont want your riding mower and bill mixed up with someone elses or being charged for work that wasnt done to your equipment. Called to see if they could check the work, was told they dont do that though they admitted the mower had been mixed up with someone elses. Dad paid the bill even though it was obvious plugs hadnt been changed and blades hadnt been sharpened The deck is now uneven and will not stay as it should. My dad is an 82 Air Force Veteran and paid it as it was the right thing to do to bad they dont have the same integrity he does.

I felt the staff was dismissive upon a call to request a part and contacted the email on the website. Initially I left a negative review, however the manager Rob called me and was thoughtful and considerate. Thank you for resolving my problem.

Wonderful place to go, excellent and quick service, good prices, place to for Stihl products. It is a wonderfully excellent staff of people from Rob and Barb and of course Grace, all with great personalities, and making it a comfy place to go. 😀 (sorry not sure of the mechanics name)

Cannot recommend this place enough. First and only place to stop for repairs. Fair pricing on all equipment. Absolutely best staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Had zero-turn mower and weed-eater repaired quickly and efficiently. Price for repairs was very good.

Shouldnt call yourself a lawnmower repair shop if you have one guy who comes in one day a week (Wednesdays) -

Horrible service. Told me when they were going to pick up mower to sharpen blades and tune up and they have had it almost 2 wks and havent started on it. Was told last Wednesday it would be delivered Monday, Monday they are now saying Wednesday. Have had to pay to have yard mowed. Never will take it there again.
