Been making medical payments to them monthly for the past 4 years. With$80 left on bill, I missed a payment. Last payment received Feb. 11 sent to collection March 11. No phone calls. No letters. In the middle of pandemic. Payment history 4 years long and $80 left to owe. You think they care about your health or just money?

The employees @ Galesburg have been wonderful to deal with!! They even overnighted a cord for my portable oxygen machine, when I was visiting at a campgrounds with family in Pennsylvania!!!! Called about oxygen and still no satisfaction

My wife and I were visiting from out of town and called Lincare in Galesburg to locate an elbow fitting that I had lost. Ashley, their Service Representative, was able to locate the proper fitting for my ResMed AirFit F-10 CPAP mask. Other local medical facilities told me that the fitting was only available with the purchase of a complete facemask. I was very appreciative of Ashleys efforts to locate the fitting that I needed. We visit Galesburg often and will order all of my future CPAP supplies from Lincare in Galesburg Illinois. Thanks Ashley!
