The next time I’m in the market for a vehicle, this is the first place I’m going and I highly recommend them and their service department. I’m new to the area and took my Charger there to have the headlight looked at in their express lane, they changed the bulb, but there was another issue, possibly an electrical issue so I made a schedule to bring it in to have a technician look at it. Luckily it turned out being just a fuse and they changed the fuse and never charged me a dime for either visit! They will be my primary service department for my Charger from here on out!
This place is a joke! Dont buy a vehicle from here!!! They do not want to stand by their warranty! Been here 3 times for an issue and still isnt resolved. Had an appointment today, when I arrived they said they could check it in 4 days and I needed to leave the vehicle. Oh, and they are out of rentals too. Plus, i was told if I didnt leave the vehicle, I could NOT keep my place in line. I would have to start over and by then it could be 3 weeks or longer before checking the code on my vehicle. I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:00 also. I arrived at 12:45. Here it is 2 hours later and my jeep is still sitting outside. They havent even started on it yet. This place is a joke!!!!!! Again, do not waste your money here!!Update- I was just placed in a rental. I was told no one knew I was there. Hopefully, they will resolve the issue with the Jeep.

The CRV I got from Miracle Chrysler is the best car I have ever had. I didnt really know what I wanted when I came to Matt. He heard my needs and found the perfect thing for me. The experience of coming away with exactly what you need and that you know will last you for years, is such a good feeling. Matt takes personal time with you, listens to your price range and delivers the customer service you expect from a professional.
I had an initial great experience buying my vehicle from Miracle. They handled everything over the phone and delivered it to me 4 hours away. My only problem now is it’s been over 2 moths since my purchase and they have failed to send in the paperwork for me to get my tag. I have called them a hundred times and I either get told it’s going to be 2 more weeks or they won’t call me back. In MS you have 7 days to get a tag. I am now waiting to get stopped and a ticket that I will request Miracle to pay. It’s BEYOND time for this to be resolved and I am glad I live far enough away that I can’t show up there in person to demand my paperwork that day. Resolve this Miracle and I will change my review!!
My husband and I purchased a truck May 1st. Air conditioner went out May 3rd. Was told to drop off truck that upcoming Tuesday for a scheduled appointment by Matt. I arrived Tuesday only to discover by Brandi no appointment was ever scheduled. She allowed me to leave the truck and I was given a loaner. I never received a call so I called that Friday to check status. She informed me that she was waiting on approval from sales to cover repairs. Spoke with Mike in sales and he stated it was approved. We got our truck back May 18th. Air worked. May 20th air stopped working and truck went completely dead. Communication sucked and was told several lies tossed to different people. They sent out someone to pick up truck and sent another loaner. Week later they still had the truck and called stating they sold the loaner and would like to come pick the loaner. They sent someone to my job to exchange loaners. Still no truck!!! Got truck back first week of June. As of July 31st we sit again with NO AIR. We’re being tossed around yet again and we’re getting no where. Not to mention every piece of paperwork we provided at initial visit was misplaced and we had to make 2 additional trips just to redo paperwork. I’m so disappointed with this place and the way they’re handling things. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy.
While traveling thru Tennessee from AZ in our Motorhome pulling our Jeep Cherokee the Jeep had a brake switch failure totally disabling it. We were able to get to Miracle Dodge / Jeep dealership. Service advisor Brandy and Mechanic Jose got Jeep safely unhook and pushed into shop. Knowing we were on the road they diagnosed and fixed the problem and got us on our way within a couple hours. Outstanding!
Customer service is the worst. The woman on the phone, PAULA, didnt even bother to see what was needed and answered the phone so unprofessional. I didnt receive a live manager on the phone and received a voice-mail! When she answered the phone she just started talking when I called back. Excuse me but address a paying customer dont spout off at the mouth as if you were actually helping. She was huffing and puffing on the phone. Trying to say I had a bad day..i definitely didnt have a bad day and her unprofessional behind irritated my day.. I cant deal with unprofessional customer service people. 🙄 Then when the person came home from taking my car my bill was $257 for a HEADLIGHT BULB CHANGE. IKYFL!!!!! Run far from this place it is HIGHWAY ROBBERY! I called and the man I spoke with told me that it would only be 10-15 minutes. It took over 2 hours for a HEADLIGHT BULB CHANGE. I WILL NEVER BE BACK & SUGGEST YOU DONT GET SERVICE HERE EITHER
Speaking only on my experience with the Service Department. I highly recommend going elsewhere for any kind of maintenance or warranty issues. After having two issues with my Ram 1500 within its first 500 miles, I brought my truck to Miracle. The service manager, Brandy, was extremely unhelpful. I had to request that she reach out to Enterprise (as is policy) for a rental car after she denied me a loaner. I would expect her to offer this up without me having to ask, especially given her role in Management. Her attitude was such that issues should be expected with vehicles and that’s what my warranty was for. No acknowledgement of my frustration and time missed from work. The shop foreman also lied straight to my face regarding a seal that I had requested them to check. He said they would order one and get back to me, that was over a month ago, still nothing. Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and will gladly drive an hour out of my way for future service needs.
Has THE BEST service department. They do excellent work and are very fair! We drive our Jeeps from Clarksville to have them serviced by James in the service center. Well worth the drive when the 2 local-ish dealership service departments have such little care for their customers. Ben and Brandy are always willing to answer questions and very helpful folks.
I have bought two cars from these guys and they have treated us really well! Not only that but when I go there for service on both of my vehicles they have been awesome! Especially Heather at the service desk! She does a great job!

Service department was horrible. One of the ladies that answered the phones was super helpful and nice but Brandy made the whole experience as painful as possible. We made an appointment for Tuesday at 7:30am and dropped the car off the night before due to our work schedules. We did not receive a call on Tuesday with the requested estimate or approval before working on it so we called around 4pm and were told it was being looked at right then which was a lie because Wednesday afternoon we called again and were told they had just pulled it in to look at it. We later received a call with the diagnosis and asking permission to order the part to fix it and were told it would be in by Friday and fixed by Monday. The following Tuesday we still hadn’t heard anything so my fiancé tried to call but his call got transferred a few times and then went to voicemail. I waited a few hours and called myself and the lady that took the call was super sweet but I could hear brandy in the background complaining that she just talked to my boyfriend which was a blatant lie. Then the woman that answered the call told me they had to locate the part so I asked her why they said it would be done Monday if they hadn’t even touched it yet. She then said she’d take my name and number and call me back and hung up on me to then call my fiancé five minutes later to say it would be done in an hour. When we went to pick up the car brandy made a point to make a comment about how he was paying the bill but we had different last names and that it was not a good thing if she remembered customers names and refused to look at me or talk to me about the repairs on my own vehicle. We were going to trade in another car we owned and buy a new truck and after that experience I will never buy anything there ever again or give this place any of our money. Completely uncalled for and if you have a bad attitude don’t work with customers. And if you’re behind in service just say so instead of lying to your customers.
We just finished a long ordeal (2 weeks?) with a service problem that persisted through multiple attempts at a solution and I was very impressed with the service team at this dealership, but especially with Brandy. She was so patient with all of our questions, and easy to communicate with even though we were out of state for some of the time that the car needed servicing. She constantly kept us updated through the process and made sure that we were happy with the fix. I’m so grateful; Brandy went above and beyond. I can’t recommend her enough.
I worked with another dealer for 4 days attempting to purchase late model vehicle with very disappointing results. I almost gave up but had received a letter from Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram about their Fresh Start Program and gave them a call. Within two hours time, I had been approved for loan and the very next day a 2017 Hyundai Accent was sitting in front of my house. I spoke with four wonderful individuals starting with Marcie Miller, Michael Cart, Jason Church and Chris Dyer who made this happen so quickly I am still in disbelief. I would high recommend anyone in my situation to go to Miracle first.
Rude and inattentive dont ever buy a car here they will talk you into something you dont need too. When you need a part for your car or vehicle service you have to literally wait forever.
Was recently having issues getting financed due to my situation. Received a letter in the mail and instantly applied. Although it has been some weeks, Bobby made sure he was able to find me a vehicle to fit my situation. What I liked most is that he never gave up even when everyone else was turning me away. Definitely will be recommending family and friends!

Diane and Grant were so amazing and answered every single question without hesitation. The purchase of my car was stress-free and Mr. Grant showed me different cars which could have met my needs and expectations. I am happy with my low mileage car. Very disappointed. I spoke to a sales rep (Morgan)on the phone,she was very polite and happy to help at first. I was looking to trade in my truck and buy a new one. After a day of communicating,I was passed over to another sales rep and never heard back from either again. This would have been a very easy sale for themOh well.I would not recommend this location.

Stopped in to get pricing of a truck as they were reluctant to share via email. OK, I get it. I did stand around for a bit waiting for my salesman, but he was tied up so I worked with someone else, who was very nice and tried his best. I give one star as I feel as though the website is deceptive with pricing. As you see in the photo, they show MSRP, Miracle Price, and Add. RAM offers. I read this as take the discounted Miracle price and reduce it by the Add. RAM offers. I found out it does NOT mean that - theyve already taken the Add. offers out of the price. They really should be crystal clear in what the pricing means, not lure people in thinking there are additional discounts to be had.
Very dishonest salesman.My wife was approved for $15,000.A lady named Diane sent us pics of a white 2016 Chrysler and said we was approved or any car $15,000 or less.We get there to purchase and brought the down payment with us just to be shown a beat up old black Chrysler and told we was only approved for 8,000.During discussion we caught the salesman Matt in several lies and manipulations.Wanted to run my credit as well said good income would be considered over bad credit.I told him my credit was bad due to a ex wife but I had good income.I let him run it and was told it was to low to even look at.He admitted that he was not upfront and withheld certain criteria and information and to knowing the credit had to be a certain number before income was considered but didn’t mention that and wanted to run it anyway.Then tried to say I didn’t tell him what my credit was as if he wanted me to think I was the problem.He also admitted that the Lady Diane just sent us the pics and said we was approved to just get us in the dealership.I will never waste another minute on these dishonest manipulative people and encourage everyone to shop elsewhere.!!!!Walked out saying they wasted our time !!!The response saying the team is honest and worked diligently is an out right lie!!!We have the messages from the sales team to prove it.Unethical and lying team!

Great location I travel a lot for work it’s right beside the apartments we staying inn they just don’t make appointments for oil changes.Me being short on time I always try to schedule my visits so I’m not wasting time. I had to call multiple times and leave messages before I found out you could not make appointments.We brought a fleet of vehicles up here any body know of a good service center in Gallatin.

I brought my Jeep in for a repair coveted under an extended warranty and was charged for a deductable I have never had to pay for something under warranty before. Seemed a bit fishy but the employees were nice enough. Maybe it was because I didnt buy my Jeep from them.

I went to look at and maybe purchase a vehicle today. I set an appointment with Morgan the internet specialist and she was helpful and friendly. I was late to the appointment due to unreliable Nashville traffic. I went to the dealer anyway and as discussed with Morgan I asked for her or Joseph Smith upon arrival. The very courteous salesmen that I encountered when I arrived pointed me to Joseph and he was aware that I was looking to purchase a used vehicle and of the price point I wanted to stick to. There was absolutely no pressure and out of the couple of vehicles I was interested in he gave me his honest opinion on which he thought was a better fit for me. I had already changed my mind on the first one and he agreed. We went on a test drive and I purchased a gorgeous used 2010 Hyundai Tucson for an incredible price. If Anyone is in the market for a vehicle either new or used make the trip here and enjoy the friendly courteous staff of this awesome dealership.
I was having an issue with our van. We did not purchase the van from Miracle, but as a last ditch effort I decided to give them a chance as our selling dealer wasnt helpful. I was met by Drew who listened and made our problem his own when he didnt have to honestly. It is very hard to find good customer service anymore. This experience was unusually positive. I will definitely be back.
Valvoline oil and lube told me there was a clamp that wasnt tightened the last time Dodge did my maintenance. I went to this Dodge dealership to have them tighten the clamp. The gentleman said there was no clamp, but the hose just had to be pushed back on. I went back to Valvoline and the technician spent 20 minutes to get the clamp tightened. This Dodge dealership lied to me because they didnt want to do the work.
Got me to drive 3 hours 1 way after telling me I could trade in my car. Got there and they could not do it unless I took a new car with a 700 payment a month. Could have told me that before wasting 6 hours of my life
I went to the service department to inquire if they had the ability to remove some wheel locks that were on my Jeep Wranglers spare tire. They removed them without hesitation and informed me of a recall on my vehicle. After asking if I had time to wait they completed the recall in a timely manner!! Cant say enough positive things about the service and customer interaction that Miracle provided!! I will definitely drive the distance to go back to them with my Jeep needs!!
Unfortunately, I could NEVER refer this company to anyone looking to buy a car. I bought at 2002 Dodge Durango and in the first week I had to bring it in because the EVAC system was leaking. They fixed it (its not an expensive repair but i appreciated it). Less than two weeks letter my engine began to overheat -- keep in mind I had driven the vehicle about 100 miles since owning. I brought it in and was informed BOTH head gaskets were blown, and the repair would cost approximately $4,000. I was extremely discouraged and was told they would only being willing to cover half ($2000). I tried for a week straight to get ahold of their owner Tim Galvin with no success and finally got to talk to the sales manager. I called 6 mechanics in Nashville and was assured that there was a 99.99% chance this was an issue prior to buying the vehicle. I explained this to him and he told me they couldnt be sure it was an issue prior to me buying it and wouldnt address the fact that there is about a 0% chance I caused the damage. Unfortunately, they probably missed it (or hid it) prior to putting it on their lot. After agreeing to pay (as I had no other option) the vehicle took 3 weeks to fix and out of the first 40 days I owned the car it was in the shop for 25 of those days.The most discouraging part of this experience is upon further research there are COUNTLESS others who have bought from this car dealership and experienced the same issues.In their mission statement they say : Unlike many of our competitors, Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a family-owned business with values based on trust and honesty. As soon as you walk into our showroom, we want you to feel like youre part of the family. I surely dont feel valued or treated as family. Ive been taken advantage of and forced to give a company $2000 that I just bought a $10,000 car from a month ago. So much for honesty and trust.Simply disappointed.
Im interested in buying a Jeep Renegade in the future (2020) and wanted to test drive a couple to see if I liked them. My salesman was generous with his time at 1PM on a Tuesday, mid-December. I drove two Renegades: one FWD, the other 4x4. Afterwards I met the Sales Manager who did not pressure me at all.Miracle is locally owned and feels that way. It was a great introduction and when ready, I will probably buy from them.
Absolutely will not be back, they will try to screw you any way possible...tried to charge me $1,000 to fix my a/c that was working fine when I brought it in, and is working when I picked it up, also charged me $100 for a battery terminal connector. Their parts are 5 times as expensive as any part stores am artists is what they are! Do yourself a favor and go to a local mechanic who will actually try to save you money, unless your vehicle is under warranty, which they will void any way they can!
Sold me a vehicle that never passed emissions. It’s been an absolute pain dealing with them to fix it. No concern from them about fixing it in a timely manner. Very poor communication amongst employees.

This service department is extremely dishonest and will not honor warranties. They charge you a fortune for their mopar product but when it comes down to it they wont do anything if something goes wrong. Here is a battery I had put in August 2018 -- 2 years ago -- You can clearly see 36 month warranty. But they tell me the most there is 2 year warranty. Clearly they just dont want to pay for it, even though Ive put more than $4 grand there over past 2 years.Bob Frensley is a much more honest dealership. I live closer to Miracle but Ill go the extra miles for much better service.
We recently purchased a Ram 3500 and the experience we had with our salesman Joe and finance department was exceptional. We have purchased several vehicles over the last ten years through dealerships all over middle TN and Miracle was by far the best experience. My wife began the process over the phone and when we arrived Joe had all the paperwork ready to go and we were in and out in around an hour which is unheard of when buying a new vehicle. Everyone was polite, courteous and cared about what we were interested in. NO high pressure upselling of any kind! Looking forward to utilizing the service department in the future.

Wow, Ive made multiple calls to the service department to see if I could get my truck serviced. Each time I call, Im put on hold and bounced between the receptionist and on hold, never to get through to anyone. They are non-responsive and really dont see to care. If theyre looking to win new business, its not happening from the service department.Update 10/18/2019: I gave the dealership another shot. I finally got through to someone in service. I scheduled my vehicle in for an expensive service. When I dropped my vehicle off for service the evening before the appt, I was greeted by a very knowledgeable young lady who checked me in. She ended up selling me $1000 worth of tires. The truck was serviced as promised. This was my first trip to Miracle as Im looking for another RAM dealership. Great job. Ive upgraded my stars from 1 to 5.
I went in to the service department, and despite it being closed was helped by a salesman who didn’t have to help me, but chose to. He even went so far as to call a service mgr to help answer my question. He was a middle aged, tall gentleman. I really appreciated that.
We had an outstanding experience buying a used vehicle at Miracle. Joe Smith was highly professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His relaxed and friendly manner was exactly what you hope for in any sales person. The financial paperwork was taken care of professionally and efficiently. The vehicle was spotless and fully fueled when we drove it home. I can only hope that all my future car buying experiences go this smoothly. I highly recommend this dealership!

Had a terrible experience with man at Carl Black Nashville. Never going there again because they have forgotten about their customer service. Typical scam dealership using abrasive male salesmen and counting on financing to approve loans people can’t afford so they can repossess. Well at Miracle the young gentleman Morgen showed me what customer service is all about. I was not only impressed with his customer service and professionalism but also the beautiful prices. This is the only place to think about buying a car from. I will have to come down and talk with him face to face because our phonecalls have been more than helpful
I recently bought a Grand Jeep Cherokee from Miracle and Bobby Genung was my sales associate. I had visited multiple other dealerships and no one compared to his service. He was fantastic. He was clear, concise and got me everything I wanted. There were somethings that were out of his control, but he went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out great in a timely fashion. The sales team deserves 5 stars - great to work with, as is the finance department. They are well-managed and efficient and work to find the best deal and option for customers.The poor rating is because the service department is terrible, and I’m here for service much more often than to purchase a car. They deserve maybe 1/2 a star. I’ve never waited less than two hours for an oil change and more than once it’s been more than 3. When I’ve needed other repairs they leave me waiting for an hour or two before they even communicate what the diagnosis is. Usually I have to go looking for someone to get clarity, and there is no acknowledgement of inconvenience or delay. The only reason I keep coming here for service is because of my warranty.
From the time I first saw my new Challenger online it was obvious customer service was top priority for Miracle. Terri Appleton was very quick and very helpful and went the extra mile in providing me with live videos on the car so I could see it up close and personal without even being on the lot! When I got to the dealership I was greeted with warmth and respect. Kyle Townsend was very helpful in providing me with knowledge on the car during and after my test drive. He was not pushy at all and took a lot of time with me to make sure he knew my needs. I explained to him what I was looking for and he assured me I had found the right car at the right place. Chris Austin worked quickly and got me a great rate and the payment I wanted. After I purchased the car I heard back from Terri Appleton to see how I liked my new car. She truly wanted to make sure I had the best service that I deserved. All around I couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience. I will, and have, referred friends to Miracle. Wow!!!! What an experience! After experincing financial hardship, I didnt know where to turn for a fresh start.I drove from Atlanta, to Nashville, only to have my expectations exceeded! Cody the Salesman, Rich the Finance Manager, and Ms. Kathy, Coordinator of finances, are the A team!The whole process took 2 hours, from finding a car, to signing paper work! Not only that, Cody noticed that the tires were worn on the car I selected, and brought it to Richs attention, and to my surprise, Rich replaced all 4 tires!Never in my entire life, have I ever experienced such excellent customer service, and top shelf professionalism! What a great dealership. I worked closely with Stuart, Patrick, and Marcy. They were all incredibly professional, friendly, and personable all at the same time. I never fell at all weird, pressured, or pushed in anyway. This is exactly what I think of when I imagine a locally owned, Family-based car dealership. They respected my time and my interests. They were able to work with me on helping me get into the exact car that I needed, with the exact options and color that I wanted too. I would strongly recommend this dealership, and I will definitely be going back for service on my new 2017 renegade, and for my next trade-in years down the road!
I have purchased two new Dodge Chargers from Miracle. Their sales staff is very friendly, easy to deal with and not pushy. In addition, they have an excellent service department. Their service staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix a problem that another Dodge dealer didnt fix right.. Although this dealer is about 20 miles from my home, it is worth the drive. I will not bring my car to any other dealer for service.
I purchased a car from out of state, Stephen Davis was very helpful over the phone and through texts. When I arrived to pick the vehicle up, the paperwork only took about 20 minutes, Stephen was even I nicer guy in person and the car exceeded my expectations. Bought a Wrangler new and the sales team were great. The issue came when my loan rate came in. With a credit score of 800 I ended up with a % rate around 5%. I asked why so high and was told that’s the going rate. My mistake for not verifying. Current rate is 3.5%. If you go to buy a vehicle here get your own financing done. Live and learn I guess.
I had an amazing experience with the people at Miracle Chrysler today. The entire staff was welcoming and made the process a great time. The sales rep I worked with, Shawn Long, went above and beyond to get my deal done. I was able to drive off the lot with a 2015 Ram 1500 that is way more than I thought I would be able to get. I honestly cant say enough good things about how happy I am with the total package at Miracle. I would recommend them to anyone anytime.
Mr Bobby and Mr. Rich have helped us with a great vehicle. They went above and beyond any car dealer me or my husband have ever been to. They are very nice and sweet as they can be. I told them what kind of car I did not want and they didnt look for that kind. They test drove cars for us and if something was going on with that car they told us. My husband and I could not go to them but I am so happy with the car. I wanted safety they found me the safest car I have ever owned. They sent me pictures of all the safety features. They sent me all the pictures before the car was cleaned up and after the car was cleaned up. They drove the car to our home in Jackson TN. They have volunteers who drive and I know they took great care of our car when they drove it to us. So i would recommend them to anyone. Give them a try PLEASE!!!!!!!! MR. BOBBY AND MR. We also found Jeff and the Dealership to be very straightforward, no gimmicks or surprises, no high pressure sales tactics, and fairly priced. I had amazing customer service here. A month ago, I went to another Jeep dealer where, after some questionable salesmanship, I was told that the car I wanted was going to be $400 a month. At Miracle, Pat spent a ton of time with us to make sure we got the car we wanted and that we understood the pricing. I left with a better version of car I wanted at $260 a month. I highly recommend Miracle for open and fair pricing and communication.
Living in Gallatin, I have driven by these guys on numerous occasions to get my RAM 3500 serviced at a competitor. I lost confidence in them several years back because of their advisors. That frankly all changed in the past couple of weeks. After dealing with Brandy, my service adviser for the last two visits, this is where I plan to get my truck worked on exclusively.I came in for a Perform Service notice on my dash and found out I had to have the emissions system serviced. The rig had 68,000 it was time, She quoted me a price, it was a heavy pull but it had to be done. Upon getting the call that my rig was ready, which by the way was done under the time she quoted I headed back over to pick up my truck.She mentioned to me that they had to change the oil in my rig, which the competitor had just done not 120 miles previously. The competitor by the way never mentioned that this Emissions service was by a few miles out and would need to be done.Brandy did not mention that to me when I had dropped the truck off. Best practices by the service techs require them to change the oil so as not to be contaminated by the emissions service. She covered the oil change at NO CHARGE for me.This is my second visit with them and her as my Advisor. I could not be happier with the level of service and her. I would highly recommend this service department and Brandy.

I can honestly say I now know why they are so highly reviewed! Everyone there is polite, patient, and professional! Gregory helped me with my service and really went above and beyond to help me understand the issue my car was having and the best & most economical solution to that issue. I cant not say enough great things about my experience with Miracle and I can assure you I will go back for my future needs!
When you call and leave several messages and no one calls you back, very unprofessional and disappointing.
I am late posting this but better late than never. I did not purchase my Ram or Durango from here but I’ve had a few issues/recalls that needed to be fixed. Both times I took my ram and Durango here I was taken care of really well. Brandy and Desiree are true professionals and are the epitome of great customer service.

I have absolutely no credit and couldnt get a car anywhere so I went out on a limb calling Miracle and Im so thankful that I did! Within two days I was rolling away with a Chrysler 200 that I love! Kayla, Mike, and Chris were so helpful and awesome! The whole process was so painless and quick, they truly couldnt have been more helpful! I definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to go there they will make you feel right at home and treat you right!
