The Dollar Tree in Gallatin, Tn has gotten to be the worst one around. I went in today, and it looked like they were closing the store. Empty shelves everywhere. I dont know if corporate doesnt send them anything or they just dont get it on the shelves. I do know the stores in Portland, White House and Lebanon put them to shame. Also, they have their rest room closed of to the public. The others dont. I used to enjoy going in there. Since I live as close to two of the others as Gallatin, it might be my last trip in there.

Lady on register selling the Sunday paper was so nice and her service was worth coming back to shop

Employee was very helpful and pleasant. Big thanks to this young lady. Wish I had gotten her name.

Available bathroom, easy access, needs remodel, but employees nice.

Always my favorite place for snacks and Quick grab for dinner... needs a cooler for cold foods ... other then that love it... Mary is always a delight ❤

One can find many items for $1.00 that can cost more at other stores. I like that they now have Hallmark cards that are only $1.00 also. Clerks are also friendly all the time.

The ladies took time in assisting me in picking out and purchasing several balloons. This was back in October.

Store was very low on stock, lots of empty shelves

Crowded and no carts. I watched someone stealing by stuffing a backpack full of things. I told someone who works there and she did NOTHING. So they got to steal and walk out. No wonder prices go up and package sizes get smaller. Frustrated!

Best place to buy almost anything. Dollar tree is the most. I love going there.

Love to shop here. Only issue I ever have is there only being one register open with a long line at times. Great selections for low prices. I buy most of my household supplies here and my kid loves to be able to stretch his money out by shopping in the kids section.

Nice cashiers, no long waits good selection

Only 2 cashiers. Lines were backed up. At least 10 to 15 people in line. Cashier was very friendly. Place was clean and organized.

Store was dirty and things were all over the floor.they really didnt have much I wanted and if they did it was hard to find.

This Dollar Tree has a good stock of the basics, whether you need party supplies, house goods or food.This is one of the older Dollar Trees, so they dont have a frozen food section. However, they do have a small, but fairly thorough, selection of canned goods, chips, tortillas and pasta, tea, candy and drinks. They have a decent selection of the more common spices as well.The store is quite packed with stuff, but it still manages to be airy and uncrowded throughout the store, unless you go in during peak times, such as rush hour (3 - 5 p.m.) Be prepared to wait at the checkouts then because the lines can back up badly.

You could tell employees were not happy to be there very little interaction

Always a good place but the cashier we friendly as could be i was glad cause i couldnt shop at GABES here due to no mask and i cant wear them but oh well

Establishment was clean and carried a wide selection of household items. We often stop there for cleaning supplies, batteries, and party items. Cant beat stuff for a buck....Cards are a bargain at 50 cents each.Stop in and look around just be aware that a lot of stuff there is leftover items, still new, but may be overstock. Ya never know what ya might find.

Best place for the random need for the house or car. I have gotten things from here that outlasted products that cost three or four times more at other stores. Try it out and if you get something that really isnt that good you only lost a dollar instead of 10 or 20 dollars.

A little shabby...

Cashiers are always on their phones in front of customers. Today a cashier was on her phone and the customer had to ask if there was anything else he needed to do before he could leave. Additionally, workers smoke in front of the store right where customers walk in. Unprofessional all the way around.

Went to a few dollar tree stores so far Gallatin store had largest selection

Christmas crafts and wrappings still fully stocked. Last minute gifts were good ideas. As always found what I went for and then some.

Best place in town for paper goods and wrapping party supplies. Great value. Christmas decor is not too bad either. Great value for your money.

Everything is $1.00. Get my sugar free candy there. (They have a great selection of all candies).

They were very helpful my sister had trouble walking and slid down on the floor and couldnt get up several customers and staff were very helpful and came to help thankful that they did

Fire the Mgr. or get one that gives a flip about the store, filthy and understock. and employees including what you call Mgmt. playing around. I wont recommend or shop there again!! Hendersonville better run and not that far.

Blocked aisles, unorganized shelves.

Huge selection of items! I wouldnt even know where to begin. Friendly staff, clean store, and they have quality items (unlike most places where they sell junk for a dollar). Laundry baskets, household cleaning and hygiene, fantastic quality craft items and dishes, and name brand baby essentials just to name a few!

Everyone loves Dollar tree I have never gone out of the store emty handed. They have a good line of makeup which every girl likes. But that isnt all you can find there. Check it out

READ BEFORE YOU GO!!So normally I would’ve given this dollar tree a 5/5 star, but the other day I called asking if they had any of the colored glue and the woman answered and seemed very frustrated. She said I DONT KNOW. And said IF YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW I GUESS YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO COME CHECK FOR YOURSELF. Which from my perspective was extremely rude. I said well that is why I called you and she hung up. I decided to order it online and just called up there and a young lady answered the phone. She was very polite and sweet. I like the store but some of the workers are not fit for the job 🤷‍♀️ Another thing that kind of caught my eye is that sometimes they will take used things and sell them again in ziploc bags. Kind of weird but ok

Terrible. There was 25 people in line before they bothered to open up a register. They seemed too occupied with stocking to bother till everyone started complaining.
