I myself have not had any dealings with Charlie Taylor and for this I am very thankful. I would not buy a doghouse from this man. He sold a young couple very close to me a used mobile home and charged an exuberant amount on this home. First of all he did not offer to paint the inside of the home even though there were at least 200 nail holes in one of the bedroom alone. All that was done to the inside as far as fixing any holes, there was some putty smeared on the walls and not even sanded. There were no steps that came with the house and I myself do not know of any house that is sold that does not have steps. The trailer has been set up in the park, and now the roof leaks and he told the couple to let it set up for a month and he would fix it. Now this to me is a ridiculous statement coming from him, as the trailer has already been sitting for a month. He has done nothing but mess these kids over from the beginning and he has gotten paid the full amount for the trailer at the start. I, as well as others have talked to the couple about this and they have heard of him and made the statement that he is not an honest man at all. This is a young couple that were just married on the 14th of February and it is nearly one month later and they have not been able to live in their trailer. I do not understand how some people can live with themselves taking advantage of people, but I guess some have no conscience.
