I shopped at this store specifically to go into Sephora. The Mall entrance is closed but the parking lot entrance is open. The service at Sephora was excellent as usual.

The girl with glasses was nice and handed me a coupon with out asking if I wanted one.

Caught this place at the right time. Got 4 polos for under $40

Hair salon was good. Finally had my hair done. Service was good as I was very satisfied.

I bought my kids school clothes. Didnt find much of what they wanted. Lots of pretty clothes for lil girls though. I have two teenagers. (Picky). Customer service was great. Ty guys.

My husband and I went the Gallup JcPenny looking for maroon shirts for a funeral. Ian, store associates was very helpful in finding the size we were looking for. He brought out all different sizes and we were able to find the sizes we needed. Need more sale associates like Ian to attend to our needs.

The whole mall discriminates on what customers wear. Hey JCPenny not everyone is a gang member, and not everyone is out to steal merchandise you yourself dont own. stop hovering over ppl. Thats considered rude. We customers like to shop in peace.

I certainly appreciate the person that took the time to go to the back room to locate the shampoos/cream rinse I really needed. There was none on the shelf. He also got coupons which saved me some money.

Was a busy Saturday when I went. They have good sales. Found shirts n jeans for our granddaughters. Scoop shopping is somewhat a breeze.

Great Sephora additions cosmetic store and the sales are great for the upcoming holiday season.

Like every other Jcpenney, but the hangers all most in the wrong size. And all only the sml and med sizes are available, hardly large and bigger. And Id say 2 of all the employees are not ment to work there...they are mean and sometimes rude.

Scheduled haircuts

Sephora employees always dont want to do a mini makeover regardless if I spent over $100. Cheap. Id rather shop at a sephora in a bigger city to get quality service.

It was organized for black Friday..bathroom was clean. Sephora customer service wasnt the greatest for my standard but overall location was nice

They have some good clothes on certain days others day the clothes are all right. The prices here are also reasonable they recently installed a Sephora store in here too.

Use their solan twice, the 1st time my kids got their cuts here they Loved it! The second time around I got more frowns than smiles from my kids. Gotta pay for correction so looks like walmart it is.

Registers in shoes needs to open. No customer service in shoes nor childrens.

When my daughter snd i bought new a nrw set of clothing for her, it seemed that the place was trashed.Customers seemed to just leave the folded clothes unfolded after looking at them, t shirts or jeans. I wish customers would be a little bit disciplined or respectful of the staff of jcpenny.The staff are nice and that makes going there a hood experience.

Not much here, seems to have very outdated clothes, store is dirty and staff not friendly. Would not go back. Never knew they had a sephora store side that took most of the room in the middle of store and it did not have the lastest scents, old stuff....staff were worst inside sephora. No customer service skills.

Purchased some 2 Jeans 505 Reg.Levis,Arizona Jeans flex slim straight.i gotten a jcpenny coupon in mail shop in store or jcpenny Com.extra 30% coupon from 3/11-28-21.and $ 25 Off $75 or more with coupon. She employee tried to scan coupon but,it wouldnt work.So,she employee said go to jcpenny. Com coupon and she said I can scan coupon there .And that she did.

June 2018. Sephora is ALWAYS AMAZING. Prob only thing keeping this pennys open. JCP has a little of everything but not a ton of selection. Huge clearance selection but then the sales are not good on the regular floor definately not what I expect of a JCP.

Plush Dolls all over the floor its been like that for a week now since I went. Always Dirty but Friendly staff.
