I came here to return some amazon packages we ended up not needing. They were busy, but I was helped right away. The manager, Billy, was so helpful and welcoming. We had just moved to New Mexico from Florida and he gave me such a wonderful western welcome. Thanks ups!

Store did an excellent job of shipping 5 small oil paintings from Gallup to Idaho. Packing was excellent with a weatherproof plastic wrap on each painting. Then a good amount of bubble wrap for each. Just a very, very thorough job. Thank you!

One review I see on here says Customers dont matter. That couldnt be further from the truth of my own experience with this store. This stores management & employees have gone way out of their way to be extremely helpful... and I mean above and beyond expectations of a UPS Store.

Very nice and informative. Michelle did an excellent job answering our questions and helping us get signed up with a box. She didnt try and brush us off like the post office lady we were trying to ask questions to about 2 weeks ago.

I love these guys.. super helpful and will make sure you get your delivery..Ill always use UPS if these guys keep working there..esp since living in a rural place my address is always getting messed up but I call and they always make sure I get what I order and even call after to make sure I recieved my package..they go above and beyond for people and I love them!!

I always trust UPS over USPS and have never been disappointed! The employees at this location are exceptional! :) Every time I visit here the staff are quick even when it is busy & always polite. First time using the services here in the store so no clue where to start. Gotta make copies and mail them. Staff seemed uninterested in helping first timers. I senced irritation from Tomasita. One staff member was completely opposite and actually was nice. How do they treat our elders who need help??? Makes you wonder what they have to endure as customers??Could NOT let this go, has to be said. Im very disappointed!

Called to ask for prices and ended up getting humiliated and belittled by one of the female staff workers will not be going there for anything

We used this store to mail some things home at the end of our family road trip. The customer service was outstanding and our items arrived in perfect condition. We were impressed with the care they took in wrapping everything and are so appreciative they made sure all of our items arrived safe and sound!

Thank you so much Blaine for everything you did. Best experience ever. There should be 10 stars. We needed to overnight a document while traveling. We thought we were gonna have to go the UPS store then to the bank and back to the UPS store. We were able to print our document, have it notarized and overnight it all at The UPS Store. Blaine helped us with everything and went out of his way to make sure everything was done right all the while being friendly and personable. Also we were greeted promptly, helped immediately and while waiting for our document to print we were ask if we were being helped by another employee. Just great great customer service. We are from North Carolina and we felt like regular customers.

Never leave reviews, but had to this time. Thank you Blaine for all your help. He understood what I needed and appreciated that he did it with patients and a smile. Highly recommend him for all your graphic design needs.

I left my camera at a dumpy hotel in Gallup and this store was amazing at helping me get it back. Without blinking an eye... they contacted the hotel, picked up the camera, and shipped it back within 3 days. Amazing customer service! Highly recommended!

Poor customer service. Employees need better training on how to treat customer. Man had a great attitude but the lady had a awful attitude. She needs to have a better attitude. No matter the condition. Customer service is where you determine if you want to return to do business with the company. I don’t think I want to return to this location ever again. Customers don’t matter at this Gallup location.

I cant express how please I am with the service here. Over the course of the past five years, I have used this ups store probably five or six times from notary services to buying boxes, to shipping, to making copies. Ive even faxed from here. Every single time, the service has been wonderful and the personnel absolutely a delight.
