The young man at the counter went way above and beyond to try to find what I needed for my motorhome. He took his time and even referred me to a supply house. NAPA will be my go-to place in the future.

I am an extremely loyal Napa brand customer. But I have to say this Napa is by far the worst . I have five personal vehicles and six company vehicles so I have used Napa in GALT quite a bit for both personal and my company. Ever since the new ownership a few years back service is terrible prices are super high and The counter people dont seem to know much about anything. Several times they have sold me the wrong parts and then gave me a big hassle on returning it even though it was their mistake. I have personally dealt with David the manager/owner and man is he rude. Recently I had a warranty issue with a set of batteries for one of my diesel delivery trucks and this guy straight up did not want to honor the Napa warranty! I went over to the Napa and Lodi and they gladly take care of me and welcome to my business. I would say conservatively Ive spent about $2100 iin 2016 to this point. Apparently thats not enough money to entice them or to make them give me any good service. So at this point I will never be walking into their store to do any business I will take the time to drive to Lodi or Elk Grove.
