Horrible service.They are scammers.Tricked me into a family plan with insurance then 3 months later I came in to the galt tmobile and they said sorry weve never heard of this problem theres nothing we can do unless you want to purchase another one at full price.Whts the point of insurance?!

I went in today and its been over a year since they promised a glass protector for my galaxy s10+ all they say is that theyre out I go in there and some rude employee named Luis was extremely disrespectful and rude from the moment I walked in. I also asked him about a cell phone i just purchased 3days ago which has been malfunctioning and had faulty charger and headphones he answered rudely that I just have to deal with it that I had already bought it and they wont take it back. On my receipt and when I bought it, it said I have 14days to return it and he refuses to help me consistently being disrespectful refusing to accept the return when the phone is still in perfect condition no scratches or anything. This is unacceptable, extremely horrible customer service, Im deeply offended by the way hes treated me especially after being a customer for years.

Really helpful folks there. Went in looking to see if they could help me find out if I got service in my hilly area. They went out of their way to make trying it out as smooth as possible. Very happy and satisfied with their service!

I went into the store looking to switch from AT&T to a new TMobile plan. When I first got into the store, there was no one else there. Associates Maria, Andres, and Luis were extremely helpful and got my 5 lines switched over. I am saving a lot of money by switching and they had some great promotions going on. When it was time to check out the entire team jumped in to help place screen protectors on my new devices and package my gifts separately. I tried to do my homework on the plans and promotions before hand so it made things go a lot faster. Associate Jessica was helpful and friendly and was able to help some other Spanish speaking customers while we were wrapping up. Nice to see good helpful employees who represent the community they serve.

Worse customer service, I went to their grand opening and I was thinking on buying a new phone for me and my son, the person who was helping me asked me for my information to see if I qualify for the phones, i did give my info but I told him that I was going to come back with my son so he could choose the phone he liked. But I never open the account So I left the store with out any phone at all. two weeks later I got by mail one bill saying that I need to pay 300 dollars for the service, I was shocked because I never authorized to open any account and I didnt even got any phones from the store. I called customer service and explained that I didnt open any account and the lady told that I have to pay even though I never got any phones... well that was a terrible experience with T-Mobile

Great Experience, not only will the employees help you but they make you feel at ease. This is so important to me because I felt that I wasnt being hustled. P.S. I would recommend to get help by Luis Lara.

Hands down one of the best T-Mobile stores you can visit. A solid, ambitious group of reps that are eager to help out customers in any way. Great attitudes and overall a great team.

Best T-Mobile Ive been to, I was helped by this young man whom was so very nice and kind to me and helped me with whatever I needed help with. And Me being a older feller wasnt too tech savvy so he patiently waited and answered all my questions :).

Watch out when purchasing a phone from here. They try to tell you accessories are included with you phone purchase and try to add additional fees to your bill without you knowing.
