Came out the same morning I called. Replaced the springs in my daughters garage door that morning. Problems with my door required additional parts. Returned the following week, upgraded spring system and installed new opener. New opener is an outstanding upgrade. Previously, I have used Gulfside Overhead Doors for work on our vacation home. Consistently excellent work. Great people to work with.

I called to ask for a quote and at first was told how to give measurements. Then Laurie, I think that was her name, proceeded to ask me where I was located because they are in Galveston. I am located in Houston and she said they dont normally come to Houston. I told her she was listed as a dealer on the companys website. Then she says, you know this door is expensive. I told her no, I didnt. This was the purpose of me calling her to find out. I guess they are doing well enough out in Galveston that they dont need additional sales.

Repaired my garage opener today and made it work better than when it was first installed by another company. They were VERY cheap for what they did and the installer was VERY nice and professional!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!

Great service. After trying help me to fix my problem on the phone, the serviceman was out to our house in less than 90 minutes. He diagnosed the problem right away as a faulty circuit board. We accepted his recommendation of installing a new one since our system had been exposed to Galveston weather for over 5 years. From my call to job completion was less than 3 hours.

I am rating Gulfside 10 stars. Called and had them come out to estimate my garage door. They gave me a good price and within a week I had my new door installed. I had absolutely no incidents and they came to my home as scheduled. Gulfside did a great job and yes I would recommend them to friends and family.
