Wasnt sure i needed hearing aids--just knew i was keeping the tv louder and having trouble understanding everything they said. Had one other exam, but liked Mark and felt more comfortable with his approach. Didnt want to break the bank and then find they bothered me or didnt help. Used the battery aids for over 3 years. Then i switched to the Linx Quattro at Marks suggestion and i love them. Havent connected to the phone yet, but im happy with them. Mark is patient with me and all my concerns. Tv and conversations with friends is now a lot better.
