The customer service at this beautiful store is amazing. They were closed when we walked up, but a young lady heard us speaking and asked the owner to open the store for us. Her bath bombs and products are all hand made by her and just wonderful. If you’re in Galveston and in need of nice conversation, lovely bath products, and spa store ambiance you should stop by!

Just bought a beard kit from here and it is fantastic. I felt I have to review this shop because the last couple of posts are obviously attacks on this small mom and pop shop. Great customer service and I’ll definitely be returning. Y’all might want to separate the negative reviews to not look so obvious hahahaha!

I love this place! Their chill pill bath bombs are amazing! Their whipped soaps are such a fun little treat. If you are in Galveston you should definitely check them out!

One of the only places Ive found locally that makes a CBD product (the chill pill bath bomb) that actually does what it claims to do. I love their soaps too. Its a little more pricey, but worth the cost if you know what youre looking for. I stock up on the African black soap pretty frequently as its helped get my maskne under control. With a lot of their products a little goes a long way, so you can really stretch your purchase. Definitely recommend.

Great products! Everything is made in their lab right next to the store. Their products are free of chemicals and artificial stuff. Very helpful staff. They can even make products to address specific skin issues!

I go once a year to Galveston from Austin and I always stock up lots at this shop. Their products are natural and if you have sensitive skin or don’t even use heavy makeup I would recommend this place for in store and online shopping. Their remedies and soaps that help with different skin conditions are great. We recommend the African black soap bc it’s great for psoriasis/ eczema and even if you are acne prone all over body. Lipglosses and pressed eye powders are my favorites!

Great hand made products. The body spray is long lasting and the hand scrub/butters smell wonderful and leave your hands feeling soft. However I DO NOT enjoy shopping at the store the few times Ive gone in there. The employees hover over you and push you to try things youve got no interest in even trying. They literally watch your EVERY move too. Like dude, Im not here to steal your stuff so back off. Save yourself from feeling like a criminal or something and just order online.

Great friendly service, the highlighters are AMAZING. I always get the most compliments when I wear it. The body scrub I purchased smells so good, my skin feels rejuvenated.

As soon as we came in, Gina (one of the employees) started talking to the other employee “they’re just wasting our F time they’re not going to buy anything” and “keep an eye on them, it’s their first time here and they might steal don’t let them out of your sight”. She also verbally abused my friend as she was leaving the store.

Visited this store while walking around the Strand. The employee was very helpful, and let me try out 4 of their bath products. I chose one that I believe is called bath dust. As soon as I got back to the hotel, I took a bath, and the bath dust is awesome! I got the rose scent, which had little dried rose petals in it. So my bath had pretty rose petals floating in it, which was very nice!I actually usually make my own bath products, because I like to know exactly whats going in them, but this company seems very responsible and ethical when it comes to ingredients. The product itself was awesome, with plenty of oils/moisturizers in it. My skin is soft and silky smooth! I only wish they had a little more selection when it comes to scents, most of their products are floral scented, which Im not a huge fan of.

Im in love with the African black soap. Gentle but thoroughly cleansing soap that doesnt dry my skin out at all, like most others. Great service as well. I didnt catch her name but the pretty lady with the purple hair, which I loved, was especially helpful and nice.

All natural! I absolutely love Skinsationals products from the shampoo to the bath bombs! Check out the kids makeup as well... super fun and natural looking. If you are into natural ingredients and great smelling/feeling bath products, this is your place!

Expensive. All their products are handmade, however, not worth the prices. $10 for a bath bomb the size of a tiny nectarine is ridiculous. The bombs/bath dust feel lovely, but the fragrances are disappointing.

The pit paste is definitely worth trying. I have been using it for about 6 months and I feel very confident that it works better than regular deodorant. I highly recommend it.

The bubble thing I got was overpriced but I paid it since they are a local company. Then I try it out with my toddler tonight because the sales person said it would produce long lasting bubbles. What a waste of money, the bubbles last about ten seconds. I tried agitating the water again like she said but it did nothing. I tried more same thing bubbles for ten seconds then gone. I looked at the bottom and saw a label that said, “Keep out of reach if children”. I am very upset because I specifically asked if this would be a good bubble option for my two year old. I feel like they were very dishonest and will NEVER be wasting my money here again.

I’m giving 4 stars because I love the hand scrub I got but they where a little to pushy and made me try stuff I didn’t wanna try. The young girl kept saying come over to the sink and we will try it..Like girlfran, let me smell a few things first then i will try them.

I liked the body spray a lot. Most perfumes give me headaches but this one does not.

They have wonderful, personal customer service and all of their products I’ve tried smell wonderful and work really well

Makeup was not worth the cost and the lipgloss i bought was broken. The small store was extremely empty and you can buy the same made at home ingredients from brambleberry. The eye dust was just mica and talc. Cute concept but poorly executed.
