The kid, African American I guess certainly not educated in any way possible and way too young to be serving alcohol excuse me selling alcohol, he is talll and lean has a problem with smart white women.. he was extremely rude and did not hear or listen to what was being said.. please don’t go there and b abused … it was all only on his word.. no one said anything to me to clear up the misunderstanding..They don’t have any liquor anyway.. out of everything except the more expensive larger brands.. done and closed in a very short amount of time.Big Red!!!!

This place has been cashing winos checks and then taking back half their cash for booze... forever! Fyi. If youre a local you know about it, if not avoid the place as a liquor store but if you want a hood stoe that cashes checks if you only got a half of an expired id, this is your place.

Old historic building with goodies inside. Has Gucci handbags and other sweet finds that you only find on the island.

Nice staff, just a crappy neighborhood. Be aware of your surroundings. Heard it got robbed recently, and the clerk got hurt. But, keep in mind, its a liquor store. They always get robbed.
